This accommodation was self catering accommodation very pretty castle town looking over the valleys shared pool. but each apartment has its own sunbathing and dining area .They have five different letting properties of all different sizes fully furnished . I would thoroughly recommend this location. Cobbled streets a few steps at the back of the buildings to an individual parking area for two cars.

Beautifully renovated previous ancient glass factory into apartments and a villa with a pool as an added bonus for those hot summer afternoons. Part of the quaint town of Piegaro, overlooking breathtaking scenery. Owners on hand to make the experience unforgettable with museum and town tours plus a guided trip to a fabulous winery plus more if you ask. If you are looking for a trip to the Umbria region, this is a great place to stay.

Maybe I don't want to tell everyone about the paradise I've found in Piegaro, and keep it my secret ...all to myself. But that would be selfish, and then no one else would know the utter joy of staying in those beautiful, historical rooms in that peaceful, historical, colorful village of charmingly friendly, welcoming people.
What's been done there is so significant and impressive; saving history and keeping the original footprint of the 13th century glassworks while restoring the missing pieces and modernizing only the plumbing and electricity and safety details! Hosts Tom and Colleen are experts on Italy and in particular Umbria! Her tours are wonderful, she's amazingly knowledgeable on all the villages and history.

I mean, the main villa is an amazing building, but the ancient furniture and ikea cookware are hardly worthy of the premium price tag. Additionally, the owners fetishize small towns in a way that is decidedly out of place with the times. It’s worth a stay of 3-4 days. Not a week.
