Houses beautiful and have all the necessities to stay, and a unique view

Great location to explore toscana and Umbria!

We stayed here in August 2020. Nothwithstanding a few small faults, our week here was fantastic. We stayed in the upper apartment with a huge terrace that seemed to overlook the entire world, with a super barbeque. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and very cool (no need for air conditioning even on the most torrid of days), the kitchen is incredibly overequipped, though the showers were a little in need of updating. All in all, a great place to rest and visit this beautiful part of Italy, not to mention listening to our host's fascinating anecdotes!

This house is well located on the top of the hill with extraordinary views and sunsets. Nice heated pool and whirlpool, two playgrounds, trim yard, it's all there. There were several days we didn't get off the hill at all. Apartment is well spaced and beds are ready to sleep when you arrive. The hostes has very high standards when it comes to Hospitality. Ready to help, handing you plenty of suggestions to do or to eat, including updates of local events to go to.

Loved this place. We had a reunion of 13 family members here for a week--ages 5-76. The accommodations in this old stone former hunting lodge were far away enough from civilization--it's accessed by winding gravel roads--to allow the kids to splash in the pool and make noise without disturbing neighbors, while close enough to both small towns, and cities like Montepulciano and Perugia, to offer a variety of entertainments and good eating places. The kitchens were nicely equipped, and all of us were able to get together upstairs for meals on the terrace and some shooting-star watching there at night, a perk of the lack of light pollution in its hilltop location.

The owner, Mausi, was extremely helpful. She shared her knowledge of the area freely, suggested places to go, local festivals, and good restaurants, and in our case, even helped us get medical help for one of the grandkids who, it turned out, spent two days in hospital for fever that turned out to be a bacterial pneumonia. Her hired hand Livio, while not an English-speaker, kept the place up nicely, seeing to the pool and grounds, and helping us with the vagaries of the Italian trash/recycling system.

Altogether, ours was a positive experience. We felt welcomed and well-equipped with information (and kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom necessities, as well as a set of fans to help tame the outrageously hot summer of 2020), and connected to people who could help us through the unknowns that inevitably come up with large groups.

Fabulous place to enjoy the Umbrian culture. Incredible views of Tuscany and Umbria. The pool is good for warm and cool days as it is heated. Lots of things for families to do. My suggestion if you are looking at this agritourism lodging is STAY HERE. Your hostess is wonderful.

appena rientrati da una settimana di completo relax, circondati da una natura selvaggia, sul cucuzzolo di una collina che domina tutta la valle. Piscina in comune con altre case della vallata, nonostante questo sempre poco frequentata, la abbiamo avuta praticamente tutta per noi. Punto di forza il terrazzo da quale godrete di tramonti fantastici. la casa può ospitare tranquillamente 10 persone e la cucina è bene attrezzata con stoviglie, piatti e posate. Cortesia della padrona di casa Maria che ti fa sentire parte della comunità e non solo un ospite. Pet friendly

Bellissimo Rustico, con una vista mozzafiato. Adatto a grandi gruppi, per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax, delle passeggiate in montagna e del buon cibo.

La signora si è presentata più volte durante il nostro pernottamento anche in momenti dove non era richiesto. È stata peró molto disponibile per quanto riguarda la risoluzione di problemi. Al check out ha provato a farci pagare la tassa di soggiorno anche quando era stata già saldata tramite Airbnb
