After experiencing the shambles of UK gazumping and gazundering you could be forgiven for expecting this abroad. But not if you use IPN Castello, a company founded & run by Brits who provide the most outstanding service. Not only do they search for and find the properties they then take care of everything. I speak as a recent purchaser. Everything but everything was sorted from legal aspects to all the negotiations & arranging the contracts & notary. All included in their transparent fee structure. But it doesn’t end there as you become part of their extended company “family” and every team member is there to help you with your property. I have nothing but praise for James and his team.

James also project-managed our building works for 2 years after our purchase and helped develop our Italian country house to perfection.

We bought a house with IPN, James and Samuel the owners were really available for show the houses and accomplish all of our request. They are been really professional trying to find and agreement with the seller and us to make everyone happy.

James and his team put us in our dream home - in the middle of a pandemic! Two years on and IPN is still giving us substantial support. Having met literally dozens of agents in our search, I couldn't recommend more highly.

The car key snapped while I was driving to work, actually driving at the time. The house keys fell into the foot well which alerted me. After 3x quotes of 115 to 185 pounds, a friend said try timpsons. I called and the guy was excellent. It took 30 mins, 40 quid and the brain from my broken fob was transferred to a new fob and the key was cut. Excellent price and service.

Of the six Google reviews of IPN Castello, three are by persons who have never done any other Google review. One is by a local 'guide' who is unlikely to have bought property via IPN Castello. One is by IPN Castello itself. Only one is by someone who has posted other reviews AND could be a client. I can promise you that I did buy a property from James Stephens, who controls IPN Castello. Based on my experience, my advice to anyone who uses this firm is to be very, very, very careful.
