La Capannina

With our mothers being from Giardini Naxos, we were looking for a dining experience similar to our mothers cooking and we could not be more impressed with the food and service. The best meal we’ve had in Italy. Can’t recommend enough.

We ate a nice crab meal with pincers and everything (they forgot those, we asked), and the lasagne was better than others before as well!

Came in by chance and enjoyed a delicious 3 course dinner. Super freshly made and very good service.

A totally fantastic place. The food was superb, the local wine was incredibly good and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Certainly coming back again! Bellisimo!!

Good food and fast serving

Every vacation we find a spot where we keep going back for multiple meals because it has a good balance: fast service, good food, good prices. For us this year, it was La Capannina.

Very good food, had a steak and was looking at other people's food as it came out and on appearance will definitely be going back to try the pizzas
Staff were amusing playful and interactive with customers and looked as if they really enjoy their jobs which is always a big plus in my books
Also a local travelling band came in played a couple of songs and left adding to the atmosphere

Everything was super tasty! Waiters are nice and helpful :) the local red wine is way too great!
