Hotel Baia Imperiale & SPA

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel BAIA IMPERIALE! The rooms were exceptionally clean and impeccably maintained. The food was an absolute highlight – super delicious and varied, with something for every taste. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. No matter what questions or concerns we had, we received immediate and competent assistance. The beach facility was also top-notch and perfectly rounded off our vacation. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

This hotel is in a very quiet location and right on the beach! I especially loved the free bicycles which took us happily all around this little city. The room was clean and the shower wonderful - a little on the small side but definately managable / The staff were very nice - especially lovely Chen who was very helpful!!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life!

Easy to talk to staff, great price for their great service, unique swimming pool with salt of Cervia and jacuzzi (which has made my skin feel happy) great view of the sea from the balcony and terrace, lovely breakfast, healthy and delicious lunch, style's beautifully artistic and neoclassical, and, last but not least, this hotel is nearby to almost everything you need!

Very nice Hotel, with super good service and also very clean rooms! The Manager is so sympatical , Breakfast and Lunch was also very Tasty. We're happy to stay there.

It's really beautiful and clean hotel with helpful and kind staff. Located in the calm district next to the seaside. Only it's a bit far from city centre but the bus to that location stops in front of the hotel.

we stayed 3 nights there, our stay was great the staff was great from the receptionist to the cleaners and breakfast staff
The spa was fantastic at night because of its light
Breakfast was awesome altough they dont have a buffet anymore because of covid
Overall the hotel was worth it

Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.
Alle waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit und wir haben uns echt wohl gefühlt. Es war Sauber, jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren hervorragend.Der Strand war nicht weit und man konnte zu Fuß überall hin und selbst mit den Auto waren bestimmte Orte nicht soweit weg.
Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Hotelpersonal.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e siamo stati benissimo.
L’hotel è ideale per chi desidera una vacanza di solo relax.
Abbiamo optato per la soluzione mezza pensione (con cena) e siamo stati molto soddisfatti.
La cucina è eccellente, abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia colazione che cena, entrambi a buffet.
Tutto il personale è molto gentile, simpatico e sempre a disposizione.
Lo chef è bravissimo e il personale di sala (soprattutto Andrea con la nostra bambina è stato carinissimo) molto cordiale e simpatico.
È a pochi passi dal mare e convenzionato con il lido San Giuliano (ottima struttura con docce calde, ristorante/bar, parco giochi/scivoli, biblioteca.)
Si può dimenticare l’auto per una settimana e per andare in centro è possibile prendere gratuitamente in hotel la bici.
Se ne avremo l’occasione, torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare qui! Grazie!

Hotel di pregio con stanze molto belle in particolare le suite! Personale professionale e molto gentile. Consigliare non va mai bene ma suggerire l’hotel e d’obbligo dopo il trattamento ricevuto! Metto 5 stelle in tutto ✌

Wir haben Urlaub gemacht, waren sehr zufrieden. Hotel direkt am Strand. Alle Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war die deutsche Sprache 😃 da wir kein Englisch und Italienisch können. Aber dank der Mitarbeiterin Olessya, waren wir ganz gut versorgt.

Bellissimo hotel, ambiente molto curato, elegante e pulitissimo. La junior suite spettacolare, ampia, comoda con stupendo panorama. Posizione comodissima per la spiaggia pur essendo ubicato in zona tranquilla del lungomare. Ristorante ottimo e personale cortese sia in sala che alla reception. Davvero consigliato. Grazie!

I servizi aggiuntivi, come la piscina, il centro benessere e il noleggio biciclette, arricchiscono ulteriormente il soggiorno. Hotel molto bello e lussuoso,fin dal primo giorno siamo stati accolti davvero con i guanti bianchi non è mancato nulla se non il tempo per prolungare la nostra vacanza.
Personale gentile, ospitale, professionale,discreto e allo stesso tempo molto simpatico e accogliente,la giornata comincia con un' ottima colazione e il sorriso di Anna e Andrea,bravissimi è riduttivo perché davvero non hanno fatto mancare nulla e non solo al nostro tavolo a tutti... colazione abbondante,dal dolce al salato alla frutta,tisane, caffè,centrifughe e altro!!!!cena... sempre pesce e ottimo oltretutto!!!!! ovviamente anche carne,verdure di ogni tipo crude e cotte, antipasto ricco pane e focacce ovviamente loro e tutto di prima qualità!!!!!situato a due passi dal mare con la possibilità di piscina interna con SPA compresa ad orario e il fantastico terrazzo che si trova al 5piano dove oltre che a prendere il sole si ha la possibilità di aperitivo... personale delle pulizie veramente eccezionale!!!!merita questo posto e per le persone che ci lavorano e per la posizione per il prezzo e per tutto quello che offre!!!!!!!!!! assolutamente consigliato!!!!!!!!❤❤❤

già la seconda volta che vengo da voi ottimo soggiorno, colazione cena super , la vicinanza al centro, in 20 min. A piedi, la pulizia, ottima qualità/prezzo. l unica cosa per questa volta la camera un po piccola in due dovevamo fare i turni per passare da una parte all altra della stanza, l altra volta era più grande, ma questo non ha influito sul soggiorno che ha meritato come al solito un plauso. Buono il servizio sia durante le colazioni e le cene, dipendenti sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza, e la reception, che devo dire ha un personale davvero gentile e empatico.
Insomma se fossi su tripadvisor sarebbero il massimo delle stelle e consigliatissimo
