La mia esperienza è molto positiva ho ordinato un paio di decolte’ con numero 35 che indossava grande ma nella descrizione c’era scritto calzata comoda ,loro sn stati molto gentili e rapidi nella sostituzione cn un numero 34 che calza perfettamente.

Leggendo le altre recensioni, mi sento di dire che probabilmente sono stata fortunata.
Due aspetti negativi sono i tempi di attesa x ricevere la merce che è stato più o meno I'd due settimane e il costo che secondo me è troppo alto.
La qualità è buona, la misura perfetta, comode e ben rifinite.

Vado controcorrente, io ho avuto un'esperienza positiva con questa azienda, scarpe belle e curate. Certo forse sono un po' disorganizzati con l'ecommerce viste le altre recensioni e l'impossibilità di lasciare feedback sui social

The worst Online shopping experience ever ... and I am quite a heavy shopper.

The shoes are of a very poor quality. But the real problem is yet to come: I sent the item back (to the address given by email) but the company claims not to have received the parcel. However, the parcel was sent by recorded delivery and against signature and in reality the parcel did arrive but it was simply REFUSED! Why was this? Nobody knows.

So all the comments you can read below are real. This is a company of thieves. They ‘invest’ way too much money in marketing instead of worrying about the quality of their product. Absolutely disgusting.

Do not buy anything here or via instagram. The quality is absolutely horrible for that expensive price. I ordered boots and I didn’t even get a confirmation until I went via PayPal to threaten to take my payment back. Then the shipment happened fast, but when they got here I was shocked! The leather is real, but the shoes are glued onto the bottom and it looks like the cheapest boots I’ve ever purchased. I wrote them, but never received any response. Now I’ll have to keep them, cause return would be on my own cost and then I don’t trust them to pay me back my money!! Worst scam!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes in September. GLS delivery says attempted twice delivery but cloud not find me. Never had this problem with Amazon or other delivery. Told the company and still two months later, no shoes no money back.I did not see the other reviews- now I understand …buyers be wary! Bad practices!

stay away from them! The boots I paid for 230 euros are synthetic, uncomfortable and there is no way of contact for a return. My mistake I did not look for revews before ordering.

I ordered boots from this company and my order was thru PayPal. There was a duplicate order placed due to connection issues when I placed my order and PayPal paid this company twice for my order. I received only 1 order but charged for 2. When I placed a dispute via PayPal they provided tracking info from DHL and the 2 tracking numbers were the same. If I had received 2 orders, I should have 2 DHL tracking numbers and they should not be the same numbers. PayPal denied my claim so I was not able to get my money back from PayPal. This is robbery, do not buy from these people!!!

!WARNING! Do not buy with this seller, as their customer service is very bad, as in: non-existing. They shipped a pair of shoes to the Netherlands, using GLS as their preferred courier. Shipment was NOT delivered to house address, but allegedly to the GLS Service shop. However, the package was not there and nowhere to be found. Contacted the seller, they said they would sort the issue. Been contacting them every week for eight weeks in a row, they kept telling it would be sorted, but nothing happened. After 2 months we raised PayPal claim and seller responded within 15 minutes with a tracktrace, stating the order was delivered at service shop. No service whatsoever. 1 star rating is actually more than they deserve, worst company ever, be warned!

Update: 2 months later, still not willing to give any service whatsoever, on a 200 euro transaction. Be warned!

I don't normally post a bad review but please be warned about this company! Do not buy from them. I bought my wedding shoes which cost me a total of €176...they arrived, a little small so I sent back within the terms and conditions of the company. Meanwhile I ordered a 2nd pair, the correct size and waited for my refund for 1st pair. My post tracking said that the shoes arrived but nobody answered to take the package (they were on holidays) it was left in the depot and they never collected them. After 5 weeks, nearly 40 emails, reporting them via email to the local police quarters for extortion and the 1st pair of shoes were sent back to me as they weren't collected, I am now out of pocket by €176 with no response from these people. Shocking!! Phone numbers don't work. They are a dreadful company! Be warned!!!!! Do not purchase from these people. I am raging to even give a 1 star!!!!!

I am completely disappointed with this seller. Very bad practice. I do not recommend it to anyone. How else does anyone catch on and buy. People, ignore this seller. No respect. WORST REVIEWS.

I have received a pair of pink boots that don’t fit . There are no details on returns.

Assolutamente da evitare. Mi è stato rifiutato il rimborso di un reso(fatto a mie spese) perché la suola delle scarpe risultava "segnata" (le ho indossate per nemmeno 1 minuto in casa, come avrei fatto in qualsiasi negozio di calzature, e la suola era ovviamente pulita), con la motivazione "le scarpe ora sono invendibili e dobbiamo distruggerle", che già di per sé fa ridere oltre che non essere ovviamente credibile. A nulla sono servite mail con richiesta di spiegazioni, al telefono non risponde nessuno. Visto che questa politica furbetta e discutibile sui rimborsi pare sia un giochetto ripetuto spesso, e purtroppo ho letto le recensioni troppo tardi, per evitare di perdere i soldi e pure le scarpe alla fine me le sono dovuta far rispedire (ancora a mie spese!!). Ho segnalato l'azienda all' associazioni di consumatori, come ho visto hanno fatto in molti. Su tutte le piattaforme social li trovate come CLIZIA SHOES, ma l'azienda è sempre questa.

Ich warte seit mittlerweile über 30 Tage auf meine Rückerstattung. Trotz unzähliger Mails und einer Bestätigung der Zustellung durch die Verfolgung der Sendungsnummer.
Große Katastrophe

Attention à cette entreprise ! Après une commande de bottes en cuir, nous avions effectué un retour dû à un produit non conforme à nos attentes. Malgré le retour, aucun remboursement n'a été effectué !!!! Face à cette malhonnêteté, nous avons engagé une avocate et grâce à Maître Khloë De Pao Mendonca, nous avons été finalement remboursés! Soyez vigilants!

Pessimo. Oggi è il trentesimo giorno dalla ricezione del mio reso presso il loro magazzino e non ho ancora avuto l'accredito dei miei soldi. Ho già informato due associazioni dei consumatori e lunedì, se non ricevo i soldi, vado a fare denuncia.

Prodotto difettoso e venditore (scortese) che si rifiuta di sostituirlo o emettere rimborso. Sconsiglio caldamente di affidarsi a questo soggetto.
