B&B San Francesco

This place was perfect to visit Siena! The BnB is easy to visit, and is close to everything. The staff were very attentive and help you with anything you need. They have a breakfast service if you choose and it had more than enough food, and coffee made to order. The room had a very comfortable bed, and a nice view of the street and fountain nearby. The room had tea, water kettle, coffee, etc. The provided toiletries were great, and high quality! I highly recommend staying here!

This B&B in Siena is a true gem, and its location is perfect for exploring the city. The host was incredibly welcoming, offering great local tips. Clean, comfortable, and genuinely hospitable, this B&B is an ideal choice. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay and Roberto was a great host. Great location with some good nearby cafes and restaurants, and not far to walk to any of the attractions. Thanks and we'll be back.

Excellent location, in the heart of the old town, close to all the best points of interest in Siena and tasty food from charming little tratorrias.
Breakfast was included, with excellent coffee and tea options, sweets and salty choices, all high quality and taste.
Room was very clean and modern, although the historical building was dated as far as the 1600s.
It was a pleasure to meet the host, Roberto, who is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
All in all, a very pleasant stay, with touches of history and modern world in one place!

We stayed for 3 nights in Siena and had a wonderful time at the B&B. It was a really comfortable stay, the room was spacious and clean, with a working air conditioning. The bathroom was very clean as well, equipped with a blow dryer. As well as this, the rooms are cleaned every day. The location is excellent, within walking distance from every tourist sight, such as Piazza del Campo. Roberto, the host, was very helpful and accommodating with any information we needed. He prepared breakfast every morning, a good, balanced meal with something for everyone.

Very good location in old town. Spotlessly clean and very lovely beds pillows and towels. Breakfast , really good choice. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money and helpful host

Very nice location, very very helpful staff. We enjoyed a lot. There is carrefour express in front of the hotel that you can provide everything from there. Specially thanks to gentlemen who checked in us in the hotel.

The place is beyond our expectations. Roberto is very friendly and he helped us with anything we wanted and more. Spacious room and very clean.Very good breakfast and coffee.

Love it ...very clean and nice ...fantastic location, no far from duomo and piazza del campo. Nice restaurant and there is even a Carrefour Express in front...Roberto (the owner I think) is doing a great job.

Il B&B a Siena si distingue per la sua posizione eccellente, a breve distanza dal centro, ma lontano dal frastuono cittadino. La pulizia impeccabile della camera evidenzia l'impegno del personale per mantenere uno standard elevato. La cortesia e la disponibilità del team contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. La colazione inclusa, con una buona scelta, è ottima per iniziare la giornata. La temperatura della camera è perfettamente regolata, assicurando un ambiente accogliente.

Tuttavia, va notato che la dimensione della camera potrebbe essere un aspetto da considerare, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bagagli voluminosi. Inoltre, la lunghezza delle coperte del letto potrebbe risultare un po' corta per persone di altezza significativa, come nel mio caso (circa 190 cm). In definitiva, la stanza si è rivelata ideale per due persone con valigie di dimensioni standard, ma per chi ha bagagli più grandi o è particolarmente alto, potrebbe essere consigliabile verificare con lo staff la disponibilità di camere più spaziose. La flessibilità del personale nel trovare soluzioni alternative potrebbe contribuire a risolvere questi piccoli inconvenienti.

In sintesi, il B&B offre un'esperienza complessivamente positiva, con la sua posizione ideale, la pulizia impeccabile e l'attenzione al servizio clienti, garantendo un soggiorno ottimale.

Ho pernottato in questo bellissimo e caratteristico B&B dal 25 al 29 ottobre 2023. Stanza singola spaziosa letto comodissimo addirittura con un topper alto che mi ha permesso di dormire e riposare benissimo. Bagno molto ampio con doccia super comoda, addirittura c'era un vero asciuga capelli e non uno di quelli piccoli da albergo. Vista dalla finestra molto bella soprattutto alla sera. Colazione buona, varia e prodotti sempre freschi. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Posizione fantastica. Prezzo molto molto buono. Di sicuro ci tornerò per visitare di nuovo Siena, ma anche come punto per visitare i dintorni. Voto 10 e lode.

Hemos viajado durante 7 días por Italia y sin lugar a dudas el mejor alojamiento donde hemos estado.
Un sitio agradable, limpio, acogedor y el anfitrión una persona encantadora.
El desayuno muy bueno y completo.
La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a los puntos más importantes de Siena.
Si volvemos a esta maravillosa ciudad sin lugar a dudas me alojaré aquí.

Camere molto belle e pulite, tutto perfetto e Roberto molto simpatico,disponibile e professionale, nonostante ci sono delle scale essendo in un palazzo storico, se tornerò a Siena mi piacerebbe soggiornare qualche giorno in più da Roberto. Grazie

Ottimo davvero! Oste magnifico, disponible e preparato, saprà suggerirvi ristoranti selezionati di vario livello, parcheggi e spostamenti. Camera davvero pulita, comoda, confortevole e organizzata. Letto morbidoso, bollitore con tè tisane e caffè, bagno con tutto l'occorrente possibile. Anche con il freddo rischierete di avere caldo 😍. Ovviamente strasuggerito
