The cakes could see some more quality, e.g. real rum, not aroma, higher quality vinella creme. Ricotta forest berries pastries and coffee are top notch. Service is if you were visiting your loving grandma, quick and very very friendly. Can't give less than five stars, although the pastries can get better.

Pasticceria storica che ha visto il passaggio di diverse generazioni di studenti anche dei paesi limitrofi. In questa pasticceria sono nati amori, amicizie e trascorsi giorni di vacanza anzichè andare a scuola. Quando i dolci per alcuni più fortunati erano la chiusura del pasto della domenica, per altri grazie a questa pasticceria si apriva un mondo meraviglioso fino allora sconosciuto. Si iniziavano a conoscere i diversi gusti delle torte, a conoscere ed assaporare la crema chantilly tendando di spiegare a casa in cosa consisteva.. E' meraviglioso come ancora oggi quando si entra in questa pasticceria gli occhi brillano proprio come quando i bambini vedono lo zucchero filato al luna park. Ecco un cabaret di alcuni eccellenti prodotti: 1-2) torciglione fritto (non sa per niente di olio) farcito da una crema bianca strepitosa. 3) torta alla frutta che assume un sapore "più rustico e croccante" grazie alle mandorle. ) 4) la torta che definisco elegante, raffinata, "aristocratica"... con pan di spagna morbidissimo anche all'esterno (come la torta mimosa) e con la crema interna bianca (come quella dei torciglioni) e fragoline di bosco. Uhm...Una vera bontà !!!! Da provare assolutamente e tutti i giorni!!!!!
