Everything was perfect. Large, clean and quiet apartment: we were able to enjoy complete family relaxation thanks to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a large kitchen. the owner was very kind and she complied with our requests. the structure is very convenient for visiting Arezzo, Cortona, Anghiari ...

Great spot in the middle of wine country. Host is very nice. They gave us some wine they had made and some bottled water on arrival. Has everything you would need. Must have a car here. There is another unit below that may or may not be rented. The town is quite small, within a 15 minute drive of Arezzo and within an hour to most famous places in Tuscany

Excellent service from the host ! Nothing is to much, everything very well organized ! The appartement (6 persons) was well equiped, clean en cosy. Everything was great. Even in winter :-)

Our two-week visit in June 2014 was wonderful, thanks to lovely accommodations and hosts (and to fine weather … and to Tuscany!).

The ground-floor apartment — the lower level of a recently reconstructed traditional Tuscan home — is nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well-equipped — most days, we enjoyed home-cooked meals (and Tuscan wine) on the patio. The bed is comfortable, the linens are fresh, the matching bedroom wardrobe pieces are beautiful, sturdy family heirlooms, not IKEA. The bath room has all the amenities plus ample cupboard space and lovely, detailed tile work. Beyond the spacious patio dotted with cultivated plants and cacti is a sparkling new swimming pool, which we found really refreshing after all-day sight-seeing.

A pleasant walk past vineyards and olive orchards takes you into Castiglion Fibocchi and easy access to grocers, restaurants, and a friendly "townie" bar in the center that made us feel welcome even absent a common language. We especially enjoyed Jair, a friendly and traditional Tuscan restaurant/pizzeria — we ate there several times!

There is a lot to see and do in a one-hour driving radius: we visited nearby cities Arezzo (ten minutes away), Siena, and Florence; and explored a lot of towns and villages, including Lucignano, Cortona, Passignano sul Trasimeno, Castiglione Fiorentino, and Borro, each fascinating in its own way. To visit Florence, we parked by the Arezzo station and took the train. We also spent some days just lying by the pool, sunning and reading.

The hosts, Gianni and Marusca, are among the kindest and most thoughtful people we have met. They made our two week vacation at “Little Love Nest” special.

Hi Marusca, Gianni. Graziella and Renato... we really want to express how happy and thankful we are with you all... Everyone became already part of our family... we were able to share harvest time, a great lunch and we even share some food contest (my wife's bread against Graziella's focaccia) hahaha... The vila is great, great location, great neighborhood, and you are the greatest host possible. we experienced the best days of our holiday, your family was really supportive, helping us in whatever you need.. and with a big big heart and soul... the vila is extremely well furnished with all you can need.

We went to Toscana as a tourist... we left there as if we have visited our family relatives in Italy. Continue sharing that great heart and soul you all have... the world needs more of that.

Thanks a lot... we really miss your family.

Quiet and nice place to spend a relaxing holidays in the country side

Un posto incantevole,molto curato,immerso nella campagna Toscana,tra le vigne,a pochi passi dal piccolo centro di Castiglion Fibocchi. Più che un in una casa vacanza mi sono sentita proprio a casa mia. Gianni e Marusca sono due bellissime persone,pronte a fare tutto il possibile per rendere la permanenza indimenticabile.

Posto molto tranquillo, l'appartamento molto pulito e ben curato, i proprietari sono molto gentili.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato 4 giorni a novembre nell'appartamento denominato "Il piccolo nido d'amore". Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Marusca e Gianni, che ci hanno consigliato sapientemente sia i luoghi da visitare che i ristoranti dove trascorrere le lunghe e fresche serate autunnali. Dobbiamo dire che il nome per la casa non è stato scelto a caso. Tutto, dall'arredamento all'architettura, dalle vecchie foto di famiglia al caminetto davanti al quale trascorrere i momenti di relax, trasuda amore per le proprie radici e un senso di pace pervade ogni ambiente della casa. Una vera casa ricca di storia e di ricordi. La posizione strategica per visitare Arezzo, Cortona, Anghiari, il Casentino e non ultime, Siena e Firenze, ha reso "Cappannelle Country House" la meta ideale per la nostra esperienza toscana. Tutto curato nei dettagli. L'Appartamento è molto carino e dotato di ogni comfort. Servizio impeccabile grazie alla straordinaria disponibilità e cortesia della proprietaria Marusca. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, inkl. Wasch- + Spülmaschine. An das etwas dunkle Ambiente haben wir uns wegen des hellen Wetters schnell gewöhnt. Tolle Terrasse zum Frühstücken und Abendessen. Wer mag, kann draußen grillen. Auch ein kleiner Swimingpool ist vorhanden. Supergutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Von hier aus kann man viel erwandern oder mit dem Auto viele schöne Orte besuchen. Ich war zum ersten Mal in der Toskana und bin begeistert.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wurden von Marusca und Gianni wieder sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung, das Grundstück mit Pool und die Lage sind einfach super. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dieser Ort ist einfach hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Toskana. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Sommes très contents de notre séjour chez vous. Endroit très calme et à proximité des sites touristiques, la piscine et la bouteille de chianti à notre arrivée. Es ist eine authentisches Haus, ländlichen Flair. Sehr ruhig gelegen, viel Raum für Privatsphäre. Großzügig, gepflegt.

Bellissime camere, personale gentile e disponibilissimo. Ottimi vini ed una colazione genuina e varia.
