Beautiful and friendly family hosts. Great location. Close enough to the coast to enjoy the sea, but up in the beautiful hills for great walks and the serene, quiet Italian night sky and cool winds! A real authentic experience for my wife and I and our 2 boys. Ask Stefano about the history of his olive trees! He may even offer a taste of the oil! We will ritorno!

We spent our spring vacation at this outstanding venue and we loved it. The country side is marvellous and you can watch the sunset on the Thyrren Sea from the patio of your apartment. It's by far the best location you can stay in Montescudaio. The apartments are well kept in every detail and very clean. If you're looking for a quite place to stay in the heart of Tuscany with amazing beaches within reach you are in the right place.

We had a great time here ! Nice, cozy and clean Appartement between Olive Trees. We recommend it and would definitive come again. Also a really great host.

Camera tranquilla situata all'interno del podere. C'è un giardino esterno con barbecue e sdraio, ottimo per rilassarsi a po hi minuti dal mare. Host tranquillo e disponibile. CONSIGLIATO

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr nette Vermieter. Traumhafte Gegend und sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war die unbequeme Matratze in unserer Wohnung, die aber nach unserer Bewertung erneuert wurden. Daumen Hoch!

Posto da sogno, il gestore molto disponibile e gentile. Sarà il nostro angolo di paradiso!

I stayed in the small pink house, so my review refers to it only.

First surprise was that it is actually not a separate house but kind of a twin, so you have other guests and you can really hear them through the wall. Photos misled me in this regard.

The upper floor you see in the picture...well you are not allowed to use it. The owner said it is only for kids, and that we cannot enter there as adults. It was disappointing because i trusted the pictures and planned to have this space as an office (I teleworked). Another thing is what quality is that if it can hold only kids?

The Internet was a joke, constantly lagging or not working.

The TV - well it needed Internet which did not work so it was nonexistent. I tied to load some Amazon movie but of course it did not work because of a bad Internet.

The owner was peculiar. In theory he was available every time I texted him but in fact I really did not feel taken care of. I had to text him so many times.:
- The gas stove...he forgot to turn it on...
-The Internet...he was restarting it for us from time to time (it did not help)...
- the AC was broken when we came and we had to spend 2 nights in the heat before he changed it...I don't understand why he did not check the AC before we came...it turned out that some snails went inside the AX. It can happen I know, but please check if everything works before the guests come. It is your business after all.

A positive thing was that you sleep in an olive garden and this is a beautifull area full of olive gardens :)
