La Chicca B&B Siena

Totally recommended! We had an incredible time staying at La Chicca.
The hosts were super friendly and welcomed us with kindness. Breakfast was delicious and handmade, the room was as clean as the entire house. We rented a room with bathroom and we had all the necessary amenities, they also provided a rechargeable bottle of cold water

What a beautiful place. Absolutely perfect location for exploring Siena. Gorgeous rooms with comfy bed and yummy breakfast. The hosts made us feel welcome and we know we would love to come back again if possible.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at La Chicca!

It is a beautiful and charming 100 year old home that has been converted to a lovely B&B in the heart of San Prospero, a quiet community just outside of the city center. We had great views from the Brunello room which had a nice updated bathroom. We also really enjoyed the outdoor garden space when we wanted to relax a little.

The B&B is a short walk from all the popular Siena sites and since we didn’t have a car it was a perfect location. The neighborhood has a small supermarket and a bar a few minutes walk away, which is very convenient.

Owners Dario and Seiko are delightful hosts and made us feel welcomed as soon as we arrived. They offered great advice, provided wonderful recommendations on things to do and restaurants to visit.

The breakfast was amazing with Seiko’s homemade breads, cakes, croissants, and rolls accompanied by a variety of other delicious options!

We highly recommend a stay at La Chicca if you plan to visit Siena. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are decorated tastefully with antique charm with very nice modern bathrooms. Breakfast was delightful with a nice variety of homemade items.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood but still an easy walking distance to the center of town (10-15 minute walk). We really enjoyed the city view from afar.
There’s a parking lot very close by that’s convenient for those traveling by car as well.

One of my greatest experiences as a guest. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped us with everything we needed.
They even provided us with their umbrellas when it was raining so we didn’t have to buy ourselves.

The rooms are located in a beautiful old villa. They are very clean and cozy, the bed is super comfy and the bathroom fully renovated. I loved the vintage decoration on the floor and the ceiling, such as the vintage furniture. The tap water is drinkable.

The breakfast was very rich, with tasty cakes, pancakes, croissants, jams, all handmade from the sweet owner and they also serve you fried eggs and sandwiches if you want.

The neighbourhood is beautiful and the villa is located 10min walk from the center of the historic Siena. You have plenty of free parking spaces around the facilities, where you can easily leave you car.

In other words, this hotel has everything someone would want for their vacations.
I definitely recommend it!

Dario & Seiko made our stay in Siena one of our favorite ones in Italy!

In terms of location, the B&B was located just outside of the city center in a place full of neoclassical mansions. The scenery was full of trees and beautiful gardens which made you feel really close to nature. Away from the city lights and noise you could enjoy your sleep without any worries.

In terms of our hosts, they were more than welcome to facilitate us in our late check-in. They were really kind to also provide us a breakfast full of homemade goodies. All very tasty and in great variety (cakes, croissants, pancakes, eggs, omelets, etc.).

The room was fully equipped, spacious, clean, and warm. The architecture and coloring of the rooms together with how comfortable the bed was, made you feel really cozy. We also enjoyed our magical view of the neighborhood and the cathedral of Siena.

The price of the room, for the quality of services that you receive, is the best match you could find in Siena.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Siena, look no more – this is the place! 10 mins walk from the city center that allow you to discover different scenery of Siena. Free parking is easy to find nearby. Breakfast was great, everything was very clean. Nice host that also give you some tips & recommendations. Really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to be back.

Small, clean and central B&B. When we arrived the Host helped us with the parking, which are free right outside. The city center is in walking distance and very easy to get to. The breakfast was outstanding with all home made cakes and pies, absolutely worth it.
We really want to highlight the Hosts (a very professional, friendly couple), the hospitality they give you is outstanding and you see they make their job with passion and all their hearth. We will come back here anytime and recommend this place to anyone!

The location is quite good cause you can park easy and reach the centre in less than 10 minutes by walk. The host was very nice and he also let us use some umbrellas as it was raining heavily. The breakfast was very good prepared by the owner’s wife. The room was very clean as well. Internet in this premises was quite good as well.

A lovely and central B&B. The owners are lovey and accommodating and make a delicious breakfast full of home made cakes and bread. The house is a huge typical Italian villa with high ceilings and traditional furnishings. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Siena.

This family-run B&B is in an original 1920s villa, ten minutes walk from the city centre in a beautiful, leafy, quiet neighbourhood. Our room was huge with all original period furniture, tiled floor and a painted ceiling. The breakfast was the best on our trip - all home made cakes, and impeccable service.

I can hardly imagine a better accommodation than La Chicca. The beautiful two-storey villa, dating back to the early 20th century and perfectly renovated, is located in a quiet, elegant residential area just outside the walls of the old city – a perfect location, especially for those who travel by car, as parking is free and easy to find in the streets around the villa, while an accommodation within the old city, where non-resident cars are not allowed, would imply high parking costs. The western border of the old city is 600 metres (0.4 miles) away, while both Piazza del Campo and the magnificent cathedral are a 15-minute walk away from the B&B. The view of the acropolis on the way to the old city is breath-taking.
Besides the location, during our stay at La Chicca everything was perfect. The owners are exquisitely friendly and helpful, our room was impeccably clean, our bathroom was large and comfortable, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, the breakfast was good and abundant – we particularly appreciated Claudio's homemade cakes. Overall, the value for money was excellent.
Before booking, please consider that only four of the six rooms have their own private bathroom, while the remaining two rooms share a bathroom. We stayed in one of the two rooms with the shared bathroom because it was the only one available, but it was clearly specified in our reservation, so it was no big deal for us.

Incredible beautiful villa with high ceilings and great light. When we open our shutters in the morning the trees are full of birds, then we go downstairs and eat homemade cakes and coffee in the garden. Highly recommend.

The host helps you with everything you need!!! I truly recommend the place.
