What a great place this is! Wow! Thomas and his father have created this gorgeous vineyard filled with biological ingenuity and diversity. The tour hosted by Christine was just as lovely; good English and her knowledge of the vineyard and process is outstanding. Go and discover this awesome way of winemaking ❤

Preso all'enoteca Bomprezzi di Roma questo Souvignier Gris non filtrato 2016. Vino molto particolare, ma buono fresco e pieno di sapori e odori di alpeggio e frutti

Wir haben eine sehr informative Führung und Weinverkostung gemacht. Der Hof ist wunderschön, man merkt, dass er liebevoll betrieben wird und das schmeckt man den Naturweinen auch an. Im kleinen Shop haben wir daher eine Auswahl der Tropfen sowie Äpfel mitgenommen. Ich bin zum Naturwein-Fan geworden. In jedem Fall ein Ausflug wert, auch wenn man sonst eher klassische Weine bevorzugt.
