A few friends & I stayed here in the beginning of September & it was wonderful! It was very clean, quite, safe & in the perfect area right in town. I would highly recommend!

This place is perfect if you are looking for a comfortable, equipped, and strategically located apartment in Brixen! It is right next to stops for public transportation, bakeries, a grocery store, all at the heart of this beautiful town.

Posizione ottima nel centro di Bressanone e ad un passo dal parcheggio auto. Proprietari cordiali e disponibilissimi. La struttura è nuovissima, pulita e confortevole al massimo, provvista di tutto. Consiglio vivamente.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Neu und sehr sauber. Modern aber trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet.
Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Großartig und sehr sympathisch! Die Aparments sind neu, sauber und sehr geräumig. Zwei Fernseher (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer). Zentrale Lage. Aber das Beste sind die Vermieter: Freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr unkompliziert. Ich übernachte sicher wieder dort.

Ottima posizione al centro della bella Bressanone, appartamento nuovissimo, ben fatto e supertecnologico, proprietari simpatici, disponibili e gentilissimi... Io, mio marito e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato al Nice Living tra il 18 e il 22 e ci siamo trovati bene bene...
