Kleine schöne Stadt mit kompletter Stadtmauer und viele Türme.. Die einzige Stadt im Vinschgau, und auch noch eine der kleinsten Städte in den Alpen. Parken 30 Cent für 45min, ist voll ausreichend. Vom Malser Turm bis zum gegenüberliegenden Tor sind es nur 180m. Es ist schön hier zu flanieren. Ideal als Pause einzuplanen..

Con la Torre di Tubre e la Torre di Sluderno, era una delle tre porte di accesso al borgo antico.
Come fa intendere il suo nome, è quella in cui arriva la strada da Malles.
Nei tempi antichi, da qui, attraverso uno porticina che permetteva l'accesso ad una sola persona per volta, potevano passare i contadini che rientravano alla sera, dopo che i portoni principali delle mura, venivano chiusi.
