B&B La Brisa

We rented the whole apartment for a summer holiday as a large family and would certainly go back.
Really comfortable 3-bed, 3-bathrooms apartment, with large, well-kept garden including a bbq and a large wooden table/benches to eat outside repaired from the sun by a lovely vine pergola. The owners (living upstairs) are very friendly and helpful but also discreet. They baked us a delicious strudel cake on our arrival and gave us a gift packed with typical products when we left after 4 weeks.

The apartment is furnished with wooden elements typical of a mountain chalet. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are comfortable, clean, more spacious than average. Mattresses are relatively new and comfortable as well, which is always a plus. Bed linen is good quality white cotton, like you would find at an Italian grandma's place.
The kitchen is small but functional, there is a small fridge/freezer, a dish washer (bar-style) and a microwave, but the oven is missing.
Having been planned originally as a B&B, the communal space is not massive. There is a dining table with benches/chairs, but no big sofa to accomodate all guests. However, the large garden has more than enough space to sit all together on the grass, or on the lovely wooden table/bench. The garden also includes a corner with home-grown vegetables that the owners kindly offered us in many occasions.

The location is great, a 10 min walk from the center of town, just next to the biking/walking trail following the Sarca river, and repaired from the noises of the main road by another house/parking space.
Just opposite the house there is a large field where another family curates a huge vegetable/fruit garden, occasionally selling some of the delicious crop to people asking about them.

Posto familiare. Monica Vi accoglie nelle sue tre stanze che hanno tutto quello che serve. Bagno molto grande. Ambiente pulito, Monica gentilissima che ti fa sentire come fossi a casa. Ottima colazione, ogni mattina una torta fatta in casa da lei. Cosa non da poco macchina della Nespresso con cialde. Sicuramente è un'esperienza che ripeteremo. Grazie di tutto

Super miejsce. Pani Monika przwitala nas na miejscu winem i ciastem, które czekało w jadalni. Super 3 sypialnie, każda z własną łazienką. Jadalnia i kuchnią wyposażona jak należy. W jadalni kominek, TV i szybki internet. Do dolnej kolejki 250mb przez parkingi. Sklep 300mb. Spokój cisza i bardzo miła Wlascicielka. Gorąco polecam i naprwo wrócimy w to miejsce.

Siamo stati ospiti la settimana scorsa, ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera con bagno tutto molto pulito, buona colazione e la signora Monica ti fa sentire a tuo agio come se la conoscessi da tempo, ambiente silenzioso e rilassante,.😀

B&B molto accogliente e pulito, con accesso wi-fi, parcheggio privato e garage per sistemare le biciclette. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi e torte fatte in casa.

La colazione è abbondante e l'ambiente pulito. La posizione tranquilla. Molto gentile la padrona di casa.
