We were staying nearby and found this lovely place where the lady owner translated the menu for us in English and we ordered snails, onion soup, a pasta and the shrimp dish. All of them were awesome! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is nearby and looking for some nice local food to fill their stomach!

Yummy escargot, onion soup and home made pasta! The decor was really classic and gorgeous. Great place to stop for lunch or dinner.

Lovely, sweet furniture with a lot of Details. You can feel everywhere in this place that it is a pleasure for the owner to serve you dinner or anything you like.

Everything is handmade, even pasta or bread.

The service is fantastic, with friendly suggestions, but still unobtrusive.

The dessert is a absolute highlight.

It was such an amazing expirience. We went to this great restaurant second time. First time was almost a year ago in September. It is easy to go there if you are travelling through north Italy, If you are going from Venice to Verona or Milan. Atmosphere is amazing, you feel that family run this business. They put heart in everything what they make and cook. From hand made items design to just gorgeus food. Go there and eat the best potato with cheese and truffels you have ever had. See you next year! The best escargot in an oil and garlic parsley sauce. THE BEST!! My dad and I stop by here after our work trips and we go here just for the escargot dish to eat with their fresh bread. Waiters and chefs are very kind as well. We also like their fresh homemade pastas.

Well what to say. As a food and wine lover, tour guide & sommelier this is my best place to eat in the Valpolicella district.either by myself, with my kids or with my whole family. Is like going into my mother’s house for lunch. Great quality, amazing honesty and really good service. If you can’t appreciate it that means you don’t know what traditional cuisine and great quality for local ingredients in the Valpolicella district are..sorry..

Alla Coa is a wonderful little restaurant decorated in a warm country style almost like you grandmother's house. The food is local, fresh well prepared. They are particular about the regional nature and quality of both their food and wine.

The location looks modest from outside but don't allow yourself to be deceived. Inside you find a lovingly decorated restaurant which cares a lot about local food.
The specialty of the restaurant is handmade pasta of orange color from the rich content of egg yolk. We had pasta with corned beef, venetian calf liver, veal escalope and fried vegetables. The dessert was a generous asortiment of different goodies at our own choice.
Every preparation was made from absolutely fresh ingedience and cooked to the point.
The attantive and discrete service offered to divide an excellent bottle of wine in half because a full bottle was too much for the two of us.
We will visit this resaurant again as soon as we can to taste their other dishes especially fish and seafood.

My first time and hopefully not my last. Another jewel of a restaurant among so many that you can find in Italy. Difficult to describe the sutilness of the taglierini ( in this case with funghi) that seem to dissolve as soon as you savour them. Than the main course and finally the dessert...all home made..!! If you are nearby don't miss it!
