Atlantis Bay

Cannot recommend this hotel enough , Myself and husband spent our honeymoon here and what an experience it was! From the moment we arrived we were greeted so warmly by a lovely gentleman that took our bags and Irene on reception. This carried on throughout all the hotel staff everyone was so friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is immaculate with stunning views. There were some lovely little touches also including a turn down of your room in the evening where housekeeping would come in and prep your room for the evening.
Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and cannot wait for another stay here in the future!

Incredible hotel! Felt like a sanctuary. The food was sensational, everything fresh and full of flavour.
The service was overall very good! With a few people standing out that made it very special because they were so welcoming and caring (Antonio in the beach restaurant, Inez at breakfast, Claudia the concierge and Francesca at reception).
On occasion we did have to ask a few times for things like water or an iron but it didn’t really impact the experience. It can be loud with weddings but the balcony doors are fairly noise cancelling and, as far as I could hear, they move the celebrations indoors after midnight.
The beach is stone, not sand, but it’s very fun to snorkel there. Just watch out for the larger rocks - they have sea life that can sting.
If you have the option to stay here, it’s a must. The location is so special and breathtaking, there’s nothing like it.

Incredible resort, from the beginning to end. Location, views, staff, food ... everything was as good as you can imagine. Rooms were lovely and incredibly comfortable. A truly restful holiday. A five minute walk to the cable car to head to the center of Taormina. Solid restaurants and markets walking distance from the hotel.

Note for those who intend to use the gym: it's quite nice (overlooking the water) and there is a good amount of equipment, including dumbbells (two treadmills). Only drawback is it gets quite hot in there ... especially in the morning at sunrise when the sun is hitting the windows as it's a glass room.

Great hotel. Rooms with amazing views and enjoyed the terrace overlooking the pool and water.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Staff were polite, professional and attentive.

Location was convenient with a short walk to the cable cars to the main part of Taormina.

Very pretty hotel. Rooms are very nice and have a lovely view. I’d recommend the 6th floor. Amazing beach and beach chairs to sit on. Great pool also. It takes a while to get up to the main town however but other than that it is very nice

We stayed at Atlantis Bay for our honeymoon and it was a truly lovely experience. The pool and waterfront area are such a nice vibe and feel like a private oasis. The staff were kind and accommodating, a special shout out to our bartender Vivi, who was just the sweetest. We were sad to leave but hope to be back one day!

We had an exceptional stay at Atlantis, the staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Frederica was extremely helpful, the staff even organised for our hire car to be taken to the local garage for 2 new tyres and we didn’t even lift a finger, we were so relieved and grateful! They welcomed us with a beautiful dessert in our room to celebrate our honeymoon too. The location and view is amazing and ideal for peaceful swimming and sunbaking without the crowds. I also can’t not mention the breakfast - a buffet that’s actually good!! We couldn’t recommend Atlantas more.

Just WOW. The most incredible stay of my life. We had the first week of our honeymoon here and it did not dissapoint. We missed it the second we left. The rooms were breathtaking, the service was INCREDIBLE, the pool and views were breath-taking. The spa was 10/10. The only thing to note is that the rooms can be a bit loud with hallway noise, but it didnt affect our stay much. It would 100% return and wouldn't really change a thing.

Note: drinks and food are extremely expensive here. We walked to the market and brought our own drinks back to the pool and saved a ton of money :)

We stayed here for 5 wonderful nights in the height of summer as a family of 5.
We all loved this hotel - it’s setting is stunning and it overlooks a private bay just along from Taormina beach. The hotel is literally carved out of the cliff face and the corridors of the hotel are hewn out of the rock itself giving it a magical feel. The rooms themselves are rustic but well appointed and pretty and our rooms on the 6th floor had stunning views across the bay from their balconies.
The pool and beach area are beautifully kept and designed and we spend many sunny hours by the sea, on the comfortable chairs. The sea by the hotel is calm and crystal clear and you can snorkel around the area and watch the fish on shallow and deeper water.
The staff here are all excellent and we felt very much looked after in every area - reception, the restaurants (also excellent, I will write a separate review), the bars and pool/beach area.
The cable car to Taormina is close by and the easiest way to visit the town. The hotel can even provide tickets for the cash price.
My only issue was the aircon in the room and in the gym. The room aircon can’t quite cope with the heat of the day stored in the rock of the room so it’s slightly too warm in the evening but plenty cool enough by the AM. And the aircon in the gym just can’t cope with the all glass construction so expect your work out to have stunning views but but be pretty hot and sweaty.
It’s not cheap in any area but this is a stunning and original hotel with a wonderful staff and views to die for. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning property with service to match. Truly one of the most beautiful and exceptional places I’ve stayed, ever. Kind, attentive staff — shoutout Francesco! — who were always happy and quick to help. Amenities and food couldn’t have been better.

Fantastic stay. Amazing location with private bay swimming. Staff were super attentive. Really close to the bubble that takes you up into main town. Full 5 star service.

We only stayed here 1 night, but wish we could've extended it all week. Great service. Great sleep. Excellent dinner and breakfast. We will be back!

We got to spend 6 nights on start of our Italy adventure before heading off to Rome. Hotel was fabulous and beyond our expectations. The room we had (a Junior Suite Ocean View) was simply incredible with the veranda overlooking the sea.

The rooms are large and spacious and up to date but classic in style. Beds super comfy. The staff were all warm, friendly, and fun. The included breakfast each day was very good with lots of options. Cocktails in the bar and down by the pool and beach area were crafted with care and yummy.

The location was perfect in our opinion, quick $20 Euro cab ride into town, but you can get away from bustle of Taormina and had the sea to wake up to each morning and lounge by while you sipped your espresso. Right down the hill was a short walk to a great little store with wines, snacks, waters + easy walking distance to Isola Bella.

I will say the hotel is so much better and elegant than it came across on internet in pictures and very few YouTube videos we found. That said, we made our own video to show a room tour and our experience at the Hotel that we hope you will find helpful.

Beautiful 5-star hotel. Very private. Breathtaking veiws. On the water. The service was amazing. A must stay!!

What a fantastic holiday we had and what a fantastic hotel ! We literally could not fault it ….. the room - beautiful with an incredibly comfortable bed and kept impeccably clean but we were never disturbed by the cleaners. The staff could not have been lovelier or more helpful … Viviana, Genny, Domenico, to name just a few but they were all exemplary. The breakfast was fantastic with loads on offer and the sun loungers were so comfortable with a lovely view out to sea …..highly recommend x

From the moment my wife and I checked in with our friends we knew we were in for something special. From the reception staff on they really could not do enough for you. The staff focus was entirely set to ensure that we, as guests had the best time.

The other thing to mention right at the top of this is the setting. Secluded in its own bay, just as the name describes. You know its great when every tour boat operating in the area stops by!

Every morning we visited the restaurant for breakfast, a fabulous mix of local specialties as well as familiar favourites. My personal favourite was to visit the juice bar, which also just happened to home ice cold bottles of prosecco. It felt only right to mix this with some orange juice and have a breakfast mimosa!

Moving out to the pool, attentive staff ensured that we remained fed and watered throughout the day.

The last thing to mention are the bar staff, they made our stay really super special. While making fabulous cocktails, both on and off menu, we would sit and chat. They would provide the best restaurant and bar referrals while we would recount details of the adventures we had during the day before. I would specifically like to say a big thank you and send our love to Marco and Tanya but most importantly to our friend, Luca. An absolute superstar!

Thank you Atlantis bay for making it a trip to remember for all time! We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at Atlantis Bay for 5 nights on our trip to Taormina. Everything about our stay was incredible. The service at the front desk, the beach bar, and everywhere else at the resort was top notch. Our room had a spacious balcony with sea side view.

The view from the beach bar and pool is stunning. We had no need to go to a beach club, everything we needed was at the resort. We even rented jet skis and they picked us up right at the resort dock.

We would absolutely stay here again.

This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I am a very fussy person and like things to be done in a particular way and at Atlantis Bay absolutely nothing has disappointed me.
Photos do not do this spectacular hotel justice. It is the most magnificent hotel I have ever seen. The views are out of a fairytale.
It is also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in with the best turn down service I’ve ever had. From the smallest detail to the largest detail everything is spotless and taken care of.
The staff are only too happy to help take care of your needs.
I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, and was our second time here. Last time we stayed here was in 2019, and since then the hotel has had a facelift and rooms have been renovated.

This time we hosted a wedding celebration dinner on the waterfront patio. Was a wonderful experience and the staff are so good. Unique point of this hotel is the ability to arrange a dinner right on the water, is really beautiful.

Everything was great during our stay - nice rooms, nice staff. :)
