Not quite honest. Was offered a "gold package" at a 4 star hotel to be revealed after payment and was placed at a hotel which was definitely not up to par with the expectations that were set. Dirty corridors, not well maintained common areas, very small rooms with terrible mattresses. Just generally ran down and definitely not a 4 star property. Avoid if you can, and if you can't just make sure what you are booking ahead of time.

Avoid! They don’t seem to care about bad reviews though, as they fail to confirm paid hotel then threaten with their legal department involvement! I quote “ as I told you do what you like, our legal deparment will keep in charge in case of dispute for bad internet reviews on the assigned Hotel on the package ( as per our email exchange this was the real point)”. Terrible customer service.
