We have been here for family dinners on many occasions over the years. Fantastic view with great food. My new personal favourite is the steak with 3 peppers.

Lovely views on the balcony overlooking Lake Trasimeno.
The burrata and Palma ham starter particularly good, but great food all round!

We love this place especially in the summer. It has fresh food and hand made pasta. They specialize in meat and wood fired pizza and very well priced. The pizza is more Napolese so the crust is thicker than normal and their calzone is huge.
They have a very nice terrace that is nice a cool on hot days and nights. It gets busy at night so I recommend a reservation.
If you have a car, make the journey up the mountain from the lake and give it a try. It is excellent!

The best pasta I had one my trip in Italy (porcini e tartufo). Beautiful views and friendly staf. I hope I can return one day.

Fantastic view from the terrace and great local food. The fresh pastas are delicious. Take your time and enjoy, you will not regret it.

Lisciano Niccone borders the following municipalities: Cortona, Passignano sul Trasimeno, Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Umbertide. It is of medieval origin, and belonged to the comune of Perugia and, from the 16th century, to the Papal States. In its territory are the remains of a castle and a church from the same period, dedicated to St. Nicholas. source
