I would take a flight to Italy from California for a day just eat here again.
Tucked away in a quiet street in Gardone, I stumbled upon this gem when taking a walk. I peeked in to find an authentic spot with traditional decor and owners preparing.
The flavors and taste were perfectly balanced along with the ambiance. So much thoughtfulness in presentation from seating to the plates to the cute cookies dusted with powdered sugar at the end of the meal.
Thank you for making me feel at home and sharing the most divine home cooking style dishes.

My wife and I had dinner here yesterday (14 August 2023) and had the best time. The team were so friendly and nice to us and the food was amazing and on point. We also loved our walk afterwards along the promenade of Gardone Riviera which felt like a little holiday within a holiday ☀

We had a great evening here. The restaurant is now owned by our friend Dino and boy does he know how to cook. We felt very much at home and so welcome. When you come to Gardone come and eat at Taverna! ❤

Piacevole sorpresa. Locale con pochi posti, ambiente intimo. Ci hanno offerto un bicchiere di aperitivo e tartina di benvenuto. Abbiamo preso dei primi: ottimi e porzioni giuste (non troppo piccole). Prezzo assolutamente onesto per la qualità e preparazioni.

Zum Essen, einwandfrei! Es kam wirklich sehr schnell mit einer sehr guten Qualität.

Auch der Service lies nicht zu wünschen übrig, sehr nette Bedienung.

Taverna a gestione familiare con ottimi ingredienti di base e porzioni abbondanti

Wir hatten das große Glück hier noch ohne Reservierung einen Tisch draußen in der Fußgängerzone zu ergattern. Tolles Ambiente und toller Service.
Kleine Speisekarte aber das Essen ist außerordentlich lecker und hier wird mit viel Leidenschaft gekocht.

Ristorante molto accogliente e personale piacevolissimo, selezione di vini ottima e cibo spettacolare. I pochi coperti fanno capire che danno un’attenzione in più al cliente e alla qualità. Menù stagionale, dolci fatti in casa.
Consigliato è da tornarci assolutamente!

Cibo ottimo,prezzo onestissimo per qualità dei cibi.
Locale piccolo ma accogliente.
La persona di sala che ci ha accolti e servito molto cordiale e simpatica.
Abbiamo preso antipasto, un primo e un secondo (coniglio con patate che era favoloso) e 2 dolci.
Ecco l’unica pecca il dolce che non era fantastico.
Ci torneremo sicuramente!
