Trattoria Don Ciccio, Bagheria

Excellent food and experience! Our waiter was amazing with recommendations and spoke excellent English, recommended the best local options and what a local would eat. The wine pairing was excellent. The complementary boiled egg and sweet wine upon arrival was a sweet extra touch. The price was super reasonable as well. Overall highly satisfied with this restaurant and we hope to visit again when we come back to Sicily!

Delicious traditional food of the region and a warm atmosphere. The family that own the restaurant were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with our transport. Also outstanding value - would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful, small, quaint restaurant w stunning views of the sea. Cozy w beautiful music overlaying the closely grouped tables. (I don't think I would bring children here.)

Exceptionally well managed. Wait staff prompt and courteous. Food is amazing w a dozen or so daily Chef recommendations, plus many other classic Italian regulars. Pasta is oh so good. Very reasonably priced also. Two meals and two alcohol drinks $40 euro out the door. And we left very satisfied.

Just a very enjoyable place to visit and even linger.

Great Service, nice food, amazing stuff, even though they speak little English their hospitality is 5 star, if you want to try traditional sicilian food you should definitely pay them a visit.

A fantastic family restaurant serving authentic Sicilian food. Cheap yet good quality. We learnt the restaurant had been there 80 years, and still run by the family. Great pasta and wine.

We visited this restaurant in September 2018. The service was warm, friendly from arrival and throughout. The food was served with no frills but was delicious authentic Sicilian food. We were staying in Aspra and there was no taxis, so the staff went above and beyond to ensure we got back. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Exactly how you would picture the interior of a family run Italian restaurant. Friendly staff, great food, lively atmosphere (a particular surprise in this sleepy town!) with homey decor. -- And all at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to anyone coming through!

The topical wine+ boiled egg, Pasta alla Carrettiera, a main a side, two puddings shared by three, house wine water and espresso for €26 pp... Must go!

Authentic Sicilian cuisine, where you are surrounded by memories from the restaurant's rich history (even an article from the Gault Millaut from 1975!). Even the locals and the local priests gets their lunch at Ciccio. Try the pasta sarde or the exquisite swordfish if you want to get a taste of the real Sicilian cuisine. 👌
