Hotel Diamante Alessandria

Lovely hotel with an amazing gym and spa next door. Staff were so friendly and even got a free mini bar stocked with my room. Location was good for what I needed but you need a car or taxis to get about.

This hotel is in a very nice location for people who are going to Serravalle outlet, which is 40 min to the outlet by car. Good price for 4 star hotel, and it is a real 4 star hotel. Rooms are big, clean and modern. Big free parking lot available. There is also a Rossopomodoro restaurant at the ground floor.

awesome! friendly staff, nice rooms. area is a bit dingy but we just needed somewhere to crash. the piscine next door is amazing. and there are free electric car chargers downstairs. thanks!

Very nice clean Hotel. Easy to access and friendly staff from the moment you check-in. Service at the restaurant and bar was extraordinary, they have a team there that has many years of dedicated service and you feel welcome at all times.

I'm always staying here on my business trips for a nearby customer since a few years.
Felt at home and welcomed since the first minute. Doesn't matter what my work depleted mind craves for, they try everything in their power to help me.
It is such a pleasure to just chill out in the bathtub with a week decorated bathroom surrounding you or hanging out at the bar with a well deserved beer and just have Smalltalk with the workers.
Those feel much more like friends, than just someone handling your drinks and food.
Even the cleaning personnel adapted their schedule to my always changing working hours, so I could my messed up room clean and tidy again, when return back home - yeah, home.

Don't just book a room, enjoy the stay with new found friends, who will always help you with your daily problems abroad.

As a brief summary - a fantastic find to break a long journey from Toulouse to lake Garda up. Huge clean modern family room. Would definitely stay again. Detailed review here: We stopped off here to break up a trip from Toulouse to lake garda. The room rate we got force a family room of 82 euros through accor was impressive. This included breakfast. The hotel itself is a little out of the way of local amenities but has a cinema and a restaurant as a result next to it. It has underground parking which is secure enough. It is a 4 star hotel and they reception foyer is big and fairly grand. We were positively shocked when we saw the size of the family room which had two double possibly king size beds.... a table and chairs and then loads of room for a for. ( The for provided was an Ikea cot which was also perfect given we had the same at home). The bathroom also had bath and shower and was very spacious. The only criticism of the bathroom was that the A.C. did not seem to serve this room but was not a big deal. Service here was fantastic and very professional and the breakfast buffet was of a high quality and a waiter even asked what hot drinks we wanted even though there were self serve machines available. I would recommend this hotel and understand why accor would partner with it.

This is a Wonderful Hotel.Receptionists very Polite,can communicate fluently in English.Room very Neat. Breakfast is full of HEALTHY CHOICES. Staff all 😁.REMEMBER NADIA in the reception.I have been to SHARD in London but the breakfast here is FANTASTIC.
