This place is perfect for large families or even a small group (20). Gated community with convenient local hiking trails adjacent to sunflower fields, meeting facilities (projector, screen, grill, outdoor recreation and seating areas). Separate, rustic, simple bedrooms with air conditioning. Plenty of parking and onsite breakfast at reasonable prices. We enjoyed seeing the fruit trees (fig and plum) and sitting on the raised semi-private patio. It was a wonderful last minute find outside of Bologna but close enough to the airport and shopping areas. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay.

Exceptional place, it's a "real" palace! It really exceeded our expectations, the building has been nicely renovated and it's very comfortable and they have kept many historical elements which makes the place really charming. The breakfast was truly amazing. The gardens surrounding the building are lovely. Great value for the price we paid!

While you enter this building you feel the history of the Place and you feel that you are in a piece of history of an old family. Bathroom renovated and great beds together with top notch air conditioning

This place is a "must-go" for anyone who wants to find peace. Quiet, reserved, extremely well decorated. The staff is there for anything you need, even if it is something that is not offered by the hotel. I can't complain about it. Absolutely wonderful. Just make sure you have a car when you go there. Or at least a cell with internet, so you can contact the hotel first. Go on foot is not an option!

Breakfast: simple, complete and tasty.
Room: giant, clean, well-equipped and well-furnished.
Palace: incredibly well restored and maintained, its details are a feast for the eyes.

Es war hellhörig, aber wirklich alles andere war super, wir kommen gerne wieder nur dann nicht das Zimmer „Loredana“ weil man direkt neben dem Esszimmer ist und aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit morgens früh geweckt wird.
Man fühlt sich wie in einer alten Burg, sehr schön.

Das ist ein Traum! Zuerst muss man ein Quest mit der Registrierung und Self-CheckIn durchmachen, dann verdient man eine Überraschung in einem alten Anwesen. Alte Bücher, Gemälde, Möbel vervollständigen die Atmosphäre. Alles was man praktisch nutzt (Bett, alles im Bad) ist neu. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Un posto stupendo, appena ristrutturato. Un casolare antico immerso nel verde. Camere comode, letto confortevole così come la temperatura.
Anche la gestione della prenotazione è stata pregevole. Avevo sbagliato mese e i proprietari/gestori mi hanno trovato ugualmente una camera il giorno stesso la sera tardi. Anche la bambina di 2 anni è stata benissimo. Consigliato vivamente

Struttura storica molto accogliente.
Camera dotata di tutto.
Colazione dolce e salata abbastanza varia.

Meraviglioso, romantico curato nei minimi dettagli, colazione fantastica, immerso nel verde e nella pace assoluta!!!! E che dire di Georgeta…. fantastica!!!!!

Casale in aperta campagna molto ben tenuto. Le camere sono spaziose e ben pulite. Tutto l'arredamento è in tema con l'età antica del casale. All'interno delle camere vi sono dei tappeti e questo potrebbe essere un problema per gli allergici. Vi è una living room dotata di libri e la camera Loredana dà su di una una piccola terrazza con tavolini e sedie. Vi è un ampio parco ben tenuto.
Molto efficiente il servizio di chek in on line e di accesso autonomo.
A mezz'ora da Bologna

Residenza storica dotata di tecnologia moderna: non abbiamo incontrato nessuno dello staff dato che il check in è avvenuto tramite WhatsApp e le istruzioni per l'accesso al palazzo e alla camera sono state inviate in maniera molto dettagliata e di facile comprensione. Per un certo senso è stato anche divertente come giocare in un Escape room. La camera Salotto è molto ampia e comfortevole; l'unica nota negativa è che se si tratta di una residenza storica tutto l'arredo deve essere d'epoca e nella camera sono presenti pezzi di arredo moderni che stonano con il resto dell'ambiente. Non posso aggiungere commenti sulla colazione in quanto non era prevista nella prenotazione perche si trattava di una notte di passaggio.

Favoloso , immerso nella natura sulle colline emiliane . La nostra camera era enorme e arredata con gusto. Tranquillità assoluta . Posto romantico.
Il check in è self service spiegato molto bene . Colazione ok un po’ in contrasto con la bellezza del luogo

Ottima struttura in mezzo al verde più totale. Posto tranquillo dove rilassarsi , con ottima colazione e servizio. Particolarmente confortevoli i letti e i materassi e molto gradevoli gli arredi moderni e antichi
