Bio Agriturismo Il Vigno

Couldn't be happier we decided to stay here. A lucky guess on Airbnb led to a magical experience in a secluded town in Italy. The hosts were unbelievably kind and had great suggestions. They served delicious breakfast each morning. The residence itself consists of beautiful old renovated Italian cottages. Would highly recommend to all!!

It was so far the best place I had holiday in. It's not only the location, but mostly the hosts - Gulio and Alice are fantastic, easy-going people, with whom you feel like with best friends from day 1. Their cuisine was perfect, views are amazing, wine tasty - the only bad thing was that we had to leave :(

We spent a week at Il Vigno to visit the tuscany for the first time and planned some daytrips because it is a good start to visit the area. To be honest we did not see much because we spent almost the whole week at the hotel, lying at the pool and reading. We felt most welcome and had such a relaxing time.

The lovely hosts Alice and Giulio are more than helpfull. They give advices for all needs and do everything to make your stay just unforgettable.

We booked an appartement and had everything we needed.
They offer a lovely breakfast (not only classic italian style but with a good selection) and cook a tuscany dinner four times a week with mostly regional products. There were some vegans and vegetarians and Alice and Giulio organized everything for the extra dishes.
The red housewine is also appealing.

Alice and Giulio realized their dream there and still have some nice plans.

We would love to come back soon.

Giulio has the most contagious laughter i have heard but that is only a nice side fact :-)

Il Vigno is really nice and quiet place to spend time when you want to have relaxing time. I'm visiting this place for many years with my family. It is also good starting point to make visits around in Tuscany and Umbria. The owners are more than friendly and helpful. Home made food from local ingredients is always very delicious. It is a heaven when you like nature, nice people and quiet places.

If you want to live the Tuscany lifestyle. Book at IL Vigno. Gulio and Alice will make you fell at home. No tourist trap, only Italy like you never felt before. They will give you great options of visits like the classical music festival and a great restaurant in Anghiari. The town is georgeous. You will be able to visit Arezzo with it's historic discoveries, this is dessert to the eyes. Why don't you go at Villa S.Anna winnery near Montepulciano. This will be the most personalized and passionnate winnery visit of your life. The guests are great and the wine taste paradise. Over that in Il Vigno. Giulio and Alice do prepare authentic italian meal 2-3 times a week and it taste Italy. You want to BBQ, no problem, charcoal is near the pool. Fruit trees all over the place. You will have the privilege to meet Pedro... Take your chance, wake up with windows open with a mountainview to the first blink. Enjoy!

This is by far the best place to go in Toscany. Giulio and Alice are the nicest host. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a family environment, do not hesitate and check out this pkace

Posto incantevole immerso nel bosco .Giulio e Alice spenditi padroni di casa .
Super colazione le torte di Alice deliziose come le uova da lei preparate .ottima la cena servita il mercoledì e sabato.
Giulio sempre sorridente e attento su tutto .
Poi c'è Pedro un cagnolone grosso ma tanto tenero e pronto a venirvi dietro nelle passeggiate.
Lo consiglio per una vacanza in piena tranquillità e a contatto con la natura .

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22 al 24 Aprile in questa stupenda ed accogliente location, tra l’altro non distante da molti luoghi oggetto di interesse, che abbiamo visitato nei 3 gg di permanenza.
Un luogo ‘magico’ lontano dalla frenesia di tutti i giorni dove poter respirare un’aria sana per il corpo e in particolar modo per la mente. La nostra stanza in realtà era un bilocale molto spazioso con cucina ( la Quercia) le cui finestre si aprivano su un panorama mozzafiato con al mattino il risveglio al suon di uccellini.
Alice e Giulio pronti ad accoglierci con la loro gentilezza ed ospitalità.
Con noi la nostra cagnolina Aria, anche lei piu che soddisfatta del luogo e del servizio 😉 il rientro in appartamento crediamo sia stato ‘traumatico’ non solo per noi ma anche per lei, e sebbene non avesse dato molta confidenza a Pedro ( il cagnolone dolce ed educato, custode dell’agriturismo) siamo certi che ad Aria un po' sia mancata la sua presenza <3
Ringraziamo Alice e Giulio per la loro infinita gentilezza e premura ( non si trovano spesso ‘padroni di casa’ con il loro savoir faire). Portiamo con noi la vostra ospitalità, Pedro, il vostro caminetto (una coccola costante), quei momenti di relax davanti ad un buon vino, e perché no, i due passi di salsa con i due ospiti del Michigan, davvero molto simpatici. Chissà come sta Siena la loro cagnolina 😉. Perché sappiate che in questo agriturismo si vive una dimensione ‘a misura d’uomo’ ma aperta sul mondo! Consigliatissimo!!!

Luogo ideale per una ricarica di energia.
Giulio e Alice due padroni di casa eccezionali, sempre gentili e disponibili.
Camera spaziosa e confortevole, bagno in camera, asciugamani e set di cortesia compresi! cucina in comune per non spostarsi mai 😅
Colazione (compresa) semplice e genuina.
Considerando che eravamo gli unici italiani è stato un viaggio nel viaggio, e per noi è stato un valore aggiunto a questa mini vacanza!!

La permanenza presso l'agriturismo è stata stupenda, Alice&Giulio sono due host meravigliosi. ci hanno dato tante info sui posti vicini e ci sono stati di supporto a ritrovare il nostro cane che nel frattempo si era perso nei boschi. La colazione è buonissima e le torte di Alice sono buonissime. Consigliatissimo!!!Ci torneremo
