As everyone knows finding a good fresh fish restaurant in southern is pretty easy especially along the overwhelmingly beautiful coast line. We spent a weekend in the amazing little town of Vieste and were recommended trying Molo45 from our reception. I typically will do the research on my own but we trusted the recommendation and how glad I was that I did. The atmosphere is the perfect setting situated in the little sea port facing the glorious cliff top old town backdrop of Vieste. The service was immediately friendly and welcoming as we were met by a young staff to our table. The menu was original and modern offering a wide selection of gourmet seafood dishes that differ from other restaurants. We had trio of starters that were really tasty and served with an amazing chilled bottle of local white falangina wine. The first course dishes were world class and in total abundance leaving us with little room for more food. We couldn’t resist to close the dinner off with a large plate of fried seafood and vegetables that was superb. If I have to share any constructive criticism I would have preferred the waiter being more engaging with us and describing what we were eating. The chef deserves recognition for what he passionately prepares in his kitchen. In any case I highly recommend Molo54 and praise their menu’s originality.

I had a really enjoyable meal here. The location is relaxing—tucked away from the main drag but right on the water. I was hesitant to go on a Saturday night for fear of not getting a seat as a single person but I had no issues. Service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious—I got the tuna tartar as a starter, can’t remember the exact pasta, and the molo 54 dessert. Would recommend!

Great place for dining. My partner and I had dinner in this restaurant and we loved all dishes served. We had 2 starters and 2 pasta seafood. I really recommend order the tuna tartare and the scialatelli pasta with shrimp. The food is testy and fresh. I was impressed by the size of the dishes.. it was bigger than other restaurants of Vieste. I think the price is cheap compared for the food served. 35€ per person with 3 glasses of wine.

We sat on a beautiful patio overlooking the water and the harbour. The sea bass was delicious and the chocolate mousse was decadent. The servers and the chef were all wonderful and very helpful. Definitely a must try if you are in Vieste!

Molo54 a Vieste ci ha conquistati con il suo pescato freschissimo e piatti sapientemente preparati. Nonostante proveniamo dal Salento, terra di ottimo pesce, l'esperienza culinaria qui è stata superlativa, valorizzata dalla splendida location direttamente sul mare e un servizio cordiale. Un'indimenticabile tappa per gli amanti del pesce.

Splendida cena sul molo del porto di Vieste. Ottimo cibo, materie prime freschissime. Servizio da migliorare. I miei complimenti allo chef per i piatti strepitosi. Consiglio i troccoli allo scoglio e la frittura di pesce.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante su maps, non c'erano tante recensioni e siamo andati al buio. Bellissima esperienza, abbiamo mangiato cibo a base di pesce fresco, ottimo. Eravamo in sei, abbiamo ordinato antipasti primi e secondi. Menù ampio e vario, location molto raffinata, sul molo di Vieste, personale gentile e veloce. Sono stati ordinati due piatti a testa, tutti con antipasto più primo o più secondo, io addirittura ho mangiato due antipasti. Piatti normali/abbondanti, un fritto buonissimo non unto! Bravi, complimenti!!!! In totale, con vino, acqua , caffè e qyalche sorbetto, abbiamo speso 36,00 euro a testa. Prezzo più che giusto!

Grazie a degli amici del posto abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante sul porto di Vieste, molo54. Un ristorante a conduzione familiare dove poter mangiare, per chi ama il crudo, pesce freschissimo.
Ottima anche la zuppa alla viestana.
Devo dire che anche i dolci sono stati davvero speciali.
La carta dei vini è ricca e variegata. Noi abbiamo gustato un ottimo bianco delle cantine Kandea, un’azienda vinicola di Candela.
Non è certamente un ristorante da menù turistico. Rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è assolutamente giustificato.

Abbiamo scelto questo luogo convinti dalle recensioni. Per trascorrere l'ultima serata a Vieste. Un locale incantevole, con una bellissima vista. Il cibo ottimo curato al minimo dettaglio. La torta buonissima. Ed il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Prezzo più che giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato e la freschezza delle materie prime.

Ieri sera io e il mio compagno abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante situato all'inizio di Vieste sul porto. La location è moderna e curata con una bella vista sul mare e sul porto. Lo staff di camerieri è stato molto effeciente ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Cibo di buona qualità, noi abbiamo preso un antipasto in due, due primi a base di pesce e il dolce. Tutto molto buono con poca attesa tra una portata e l'altra. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono, il conto è stato giusto rispetto a quanto mangiato. Sicuramente è un posto che consigliamo. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Posto suggestivo, tranquillo, accogliente, confortevole. Personale cordiale, preparato, gentile, disponibile. Tavoli all'aperto, affacciati sul porticciolo turistico di Vieste. Bagni puliti. Ottima cucina, piatti gustosi, ben preparati, materie prime di qualità, kids-friendly & dog-friendly. Prezzi altini ma ce lo aspettavamo, visto il posto ed il costo elevato del pesce fresco.

Mai mangiato pescato piú buono. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo.
