Our sales rep, Aoife, was very knowledgeable, courteous, accomodating, and informative during our purchase process. She was precise in detailing the steps I needed to take and guided me through those steps. I'm familiar with purchasing vehicles from dealerships in America, but this process was different. Because she has done this multiple times, she knows the roles and responsibilities of other outside entities involved with my purchase, so there was zero confusion in what I needed from everyone. I was expecting a long wait for shipping, customs, registration etc, but everything followed the exact timeline of the "best case scenario" that she told us to expect. While our vehicle was waiting for pickup, Aoife kept it clean and presentable the whole time. Every time I walked by it, I whispered to it "Soon, we'll be rolling together.....Soon". I purchased my vehicle from Ms. Guinan at MAS Sigonella, and can’t say enough about her professionalism and active communication throughout the buying and receiving experience. I’ve purchased several new cars over the years and buying this vehicle was very simple with no frustrations. I told Ms. Guinan what I wanted and my timeline. She never over promised but said she would try. One day later she was calling me to come sign some papers so I could get the car moving to Sigonella. Like I said, excellent communication throughout, and when I picked up the vehicle it was in perfect condition. I highly recommend.

Aiofe was a WONDERFUL blessing to myself and my family.
