The best place to stay! The people here are kind and welcoming, knowledgeable about the entire area. The rooms are great, with a beautiful view of Etna. Location is easy to get to. There is also a local market just down the street, and great restaurants.

Great customer service! They helped me get a car to move around while I stay in the hotel. Rooms are clean, has laundry, ac and kitchen as well.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Ariana, Dior, and everyone made the stay very pleasant. Any complaints were quickly resolved and payment was an efficient, painless process. Rental car with extended stay was convenient. Close to NAS 1 and 2. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to returning.

Yeah nice spacious rooms, good kitchenette. They are well located in Motta, close to NAS1 and NAS2. The staff are exceptional; cheerful friendly and very helpful. Free food delivery from many local restaurants.

Friendly staff, polite and accommodating. Rooms are above normal 5 star European for accommodations. Pricing is on point for what is recieved. I really appreciated the security cameras and monitoring for the exterior of the hotel. The area is perfect for walking around- nothing in motta is too far. The Castle on the Hill is less than 5 min walk. The top of the steep main road is roughly 10 min. There are several cafes 'stan and pastry places to pick up amazing Italian sweets! Overall we stayed for 20 nights and loved it. Can't wait to bring my kids back in 10 years so they will be old enough to appreciate this area even more!

You will not find a better home away from home the managers and staff that you like long missed relatives. They understand the loneliness of being away from family and seek to alleviate it through socials and potlucks. Absolutely wonderful welcome to Sicily.

Una bellissima piscina ma troppi zaurdi, non so se sono di più e danno più fastidio gli insetti o i migliaia di bimbi. Vi farò sapere.
Secondo me dovreste limitare le entrate anche perché è troppo affollata, ma tanto so che non cagherete mai i consigli delle persone. Quindi ok! Io non ci torno..

Appartamenti a misura di famiglia. Locali spaziosi, funzionali, puliti. Come essere a casa. Fuori piscina aperta al pubblico esterno al residence, ma posti riservati comunque agli ospiti. Tramite lo staff è possibile ordinare i pasti alle vicine pizzerie o gastronomie, con consegna a domicilio inclusa nel prezzo dei cibi ordinati. Ottimo!!

Pulita, confortevole per tutti i suoi occupanti, bagni puliti ed efficienti e con una bella zona dove consumare il pranzo a sacco.
