Staffs are very kind and amazing view. Their calamari and mixed fry were excellent! Very crunch and fresh. I highly recommend!

Don't be fooled by the mediocre reviews. This is an OG place if you don't sit down at the touristy-terrace but instead order the fried seafood from the touchscreen inside the restaurant. All as it should be, fresh ingredients, great experience.

Great modern format for a restaurant in a fantastic location!
No messing around .... great produce well cooked .
If you love crudo , ask the owners they can source anything you fancy.

Places like this restaurant have the ability to upgrade a holiday-location so much, it adds quality-time to your holiday and you want to spend more days there next time you're in Santa Maria!
Besides the gourmet-restaurant, there is a street food take-away, which in terms of quality and friendliness is on the same level as the gourment-restaurant, because the entire staff does everything to comfort the guests.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Giuseppe and his brother Simone for the "Triglia-Box" :-) and look forward to seeing you again very soon!

Lo Sparviero lived up to its expectations and we would like to thank Giovanna who helped us select local specialties and a lovely bottle of local wine to accompany our meal. We used WhatsApp to make our reservation. Everything was first class.

Excellent! The "Alici" and the "Paranza" is just amazing, nowhere in the world I have ever had such a fresh and tasty fry up. There is always a bit of queue but ot will be worth at the end. Reasonable price, friendly staff and marvellous location, I would just go back there on holiday for the "Cuoppo" ;-)

Absolutely love this place, a perfect restaurant with a beautiful view over looking the beach. Try the seafood risotto, you won't be disappointed.

Cuoppo NUMBER ONE

Ci hanno dato il benvenuto con una montanarina di ricotta, sugo e alici.
Abbiamo ordinato una tagliatella con triglia, olive nere e pomodorini ed un risotto ai frutti mare.
Il risotto era squisito e abbondante, mentre, la tagliatella aveva un sapore un po’ troppo delicato…mancava un po’ di carattere al piatto.
Per secondo, invece, il tonno era cotto bene e molto saporito.
I camerieri sono stati gentili e attenti.
Il posto è molto bello, abbiamo mangiato fuori quindi affaccia sul mare.
La pecca però..il conto…€ 77,00, un po’ troppo caro per tre pietanze e una bottiglia d’acqua.

Noi abbiamo optato per il servizio al tavolo e per la cucina tradizionale. Il ristorante offre però sia sushi e cibo da asporto( il classico cuoppo). Ottima la qualità, pesce fresco e ben cucinato.

Pesce freschissimo, piatti cucinati esaltando gli ingredienti, vista bellissima su mare e castello.

Ottima esperienza ci vado ormai da anni, personale gentile, posto incantevole in riva al mare, servizio attento e con i giusti tempi, prezzi onesti per quello che mangi.

Una locazione da invidiare nella bellissima S.M. di Castellabate dove si gusta il fritto di trada il famoso CUOPPO di pesce e non solo e poi il ristorante di ottimo livello dove già nel leggere il Menu è una favola, lo raccomando. Non sono uno Chef ma so valutare la buona cucina.
Sevizio ristorante impeccabile, gentilissimi e attenti a soddisfare il cliente.
Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio a chi ammira questo.
