Tenuta Santa Maria

This Air B&B is soooo nice and so close to the beaches in Mattinata. The host is Pino, and he does whatever he can to make your stay nice and relaxing. Pino has shown me around the city so I can do more things during the wintertime. Most restaurants are closed during the winter here but there is still a lot to do around this beautiful city. Highly recommend staying here.

What can I say? Pino is the best host ever! Location was fantastic. Service, fantastic. Knowledge of the area, superior. Pino has a great facility, comfortable and close to everything you want to see in Mattinata. Including a 10 min walk to a fantastic beach. He even drove me and my children to get coffee at a local Cafe on our first morning there. Top notch.

We always enjoy our stay at the Tenuta Santa Maria which is located on a beautiful olive grove. We have stayed in three different sized apartments. It perfectly located between the charming little town and the gorgeous beaches which are just a short walk away. There are many delicious restaurants in town and on the sea. All the apartments on the property are spacious and comfortable. They have good working AC, well stocked kitchens, plenty of storage space, modern bathrooms and are always sparkling clean. The property is secure with a gate and abundant parking. The owners are the most wonderful hosts, making you feel at home during your stay and taking care of all your needs. We definitely recommend a visit!

Modern villas. Excellent location for beach-front, restaurants and nearby town of Mattinata (walking distance on wide sidewalk). Private, very secure setting with ample parking. Fantastic support from owner who will take care of you like you are part of his family.

Were currently staying here during the off season. This is my first time to Italy, let alone Europe in general and so far this has been a wonderful experience staying here. The owner, Pino, and his family are such sweet and wonderful hosts and will take care of you very well no matter if you can speak Italian or not. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern and will give you the comfortabe feeling you deserve. The showers are hot and have excellent water pressure. It is situated right in the middle of an olive grove which makes you feel immersed in a natural environment. It's just been the best and has by far exceeded my expectations.

Everything you need and want! Perfect location for your stay in Mattinata. The rooms have WiFi, AC, full kitchens and everything is updated and very clean. Pino is the ultimate host and can arrange whatever you need!

Wonderful place to be. Secure, quiet, owner lives on property! Beach and restaurants close by, and the Corso in town 5 min drive. Would definitely recommend it!!!

My family and I just finished a stay here and we had a wonderful experience. The unit we stayed in was a very good size with two bedrooms and it was completely renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped with a new full size refrigerator and all the accessories needed to cook right in the unit. The bathroom was large and the shower had unlimited hot water along with great water pressure. The property itself is fully gated and surrounded by olive trees which adds to the experience. The beach and the town of Mattinata are a short walk along a sidewalk from the property. The owner is extremely attentive to anything you might need during your stay. Comfort and location were perfect.

Perfect B&B for the family. Pino is a an amazing host who will go out of his way to make sure you and your family have the accomodations you need to make your stay amazing.

Pino il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a suggerire luoghi e itinerari e soprattutto ad offrire il suo aiuto. Che dire della tenuta? Semplicemente fantastica sotto tutti i punti di vista. Stanze spaziose luminose, dotate di tutti i comfort e pulitissime. Spazi esterni di pertinenza riservati e altrettanto piacevoli. Posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, supermercato e Mattinata. Non posso che raccomodare il soggiorno in questo angolo di paradiso. Grazie Pino, ci rivedremo senz’altro.

Bella struttura, spazi ampi e ben curati da Pino il proprietario. Siamo tornati a distanza di due anni e siamo ancora più contenti della volta precedente
Nonostante il caldo della Puglia la mattina facciamo colazione all'esterno e la sera vi riheneriamo prendendo il fresco il giardino

Appena tornati, posto tranquillo, relativamente vicino al mare e a Mattinata, molto carino, nuovissimo e curato. Gestore amichevole e gentile, piccoli omaggi molto graditi. Torneremo.

Immersi tra gli olivi ,appartamenti di nuova costruzione dotati di tutti i confort .
