Villa Lucia

10 years ago my deceased husband and I rented the Villa for 3 months. I have very fond memories of that experience. We were able to invite 40 family members and friends to share this one of a kind experience in Tuscany . We were all seduced by the spectacular hospitality, food eminence and surroundings. Villa Lucia remains a great experience. My husband and I returned twice after and send friends and members of the family to basque in its splendor

Very nice place to stay. However, bring a lot of mosquito spray.

Splendida sorpresa a pochi km da Lucca e Firenze, location incredibile, cucina tradizionale ma ricercata con prodotti locali. Ottimo il bar e i servizi come il the del pomeriggio o l'aperitivo.

Location perfetta per eventi speciali e feste private. Vista incantevole.
Una boccata d'aria pura a due passi dalla città.

This review is being posted to assist others from experiencing a similarly horrific visit to this establishment. This angst has been harboring in my mind for far too long, hopefully writing this will give me a small bit of peace of mind... The troubles began on our arrival and didn't end until we left. Being as this was our first overseas trip to Italy, my wife and I were completely unfamiliar with the area. After an 8+ hour flight, then an hours long train ride we finally arrived exhausted but starved. Nothing was offered, except a hostile reply to "go around to the local restaurant" ...we went hungry....We were then surprised to find out that the owner (Lucy) was not going to be present, and that a young man named Josh was in charge, along with his female concubine. Our reservation had us booked in the separate Villa house BUT this young couple was shacked up in there, so we were sent to one of the coops. At the same time, there was another large group of guests that were being catered to their every whim, as we would have expected the same, but no. Each day continued to prove worse treatment, to the point we were ignored without care or food. Not wanting to ruin the trip for my wife, I have covered and hid my anger until now, some 10 years later...On the last day of our stay for breakfast we were actually fed stale bread and rotted cheese! I doubt I will receive anything or reply (a complete refund is in order) from this Lucy, but please beware! I would NEVER recommend this place, even to my worst enemy! Regards kdg

Vorsicht! ! ! Bitte vorsichtig sein und nicht buchen! Diese Website und die Villa Lucia Montecatini Terme ( Via Dei Bronzoli 1443 & 1151 in der Toskana ist ein Betrug! Wir haben die Villa für 12 Tage ( 5 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern) gebucht und 8000 € bezahlt. Am Tag der Ankunft am 23.07.2021 wurden wir von einem sehr agressiven Mann vom Gründstück vertrieben! Angeblich nehmen Sie keine Buchungen seid 3 Jahren mehr an! Betrug denn das Haus ist weiter über Vrbo, Airbnb, Tripadvisor sowie mehrere andere Deutsche wie auch Italienische Seiten Angeboten mitlerweile auch als Hotel unter Kontakt Lucy Luhan, Francesco und andere Namen weiter angeboten!!! Ich möchte allen den Stress den wir hatten ersparen! Nicht Buchen!!
