The hotel was very welcoming and staff were attentive. The room was large and it had a lovely view. Breakfasts were varied with a good selection of hot and cold as well as sweet and savoury dishes.

Our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 4 am, we did not have a reservation. They were very kind and helped with everything. I can only recommend!

A chic hotel with an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant with spectacular views over the bay . Great local shopping bring an empty suitcase .

Excellent! It’s never fun to be sick especially when traveling abroad. I came down with a very bad ear and sinus infection when I arrived in Bari and was basically confined to my room for a few days. I cannot stress how well the staff took care of me. Checking in on me, asking if I needed anything. Providing room service and just making me feel comfortable. I treated myself to the most amazing massage and body scrub which did wonders for me. The massage therapist here is the best I have ever had. This hotel is located walking distance from old town Bari and most of the sites and is directly across from the beautiful beach and boardwalk. It’s a little less than a mile from the train station but you can catch a taxi for 10 euro if needed. The rooftop restaurant is elegant and delicious and all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable and great location! Thank you to all the caring staff at the hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cool and eclectic, clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was close to old town and new. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping was in walking distance. The breakfast was in the rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of the bay. Highly recommend a stay here.

Nice view and located near a lot of great restaurants and also of course the city center.
Friendly staff and great service.
Furniture and some of the room equipment is a bit weird an needed some getting used to.
At night when you open the windows, you can hear the city and the weekend crowds outside… which was actually quite enjoyable and had a calming effect on me.

Well deserved five star rating. Had a good sleep all week long.. air conditioning works seamless. Picturesque view from the rooftop restaurant. Helpful stuff. Outdoor swimming pool might be a bit small. Good location, only ten minutes walk to the city beach with the cleanest water I have ever experienced in Italy.

Had a quick overnight stay before we take the boat to Greece. Very well located hotel with nice view on the Adriatic sea (if you pay the little extra for the right type of room). Rooms are spacious with nice balcony and... interesting interior decoration and colours. You either like it or hate it. Something between "candy crush" and bags bunny cartoon. Very friendly staff and nice area with plenty of small bars. Possibility for a lovely walk by the sea.

The best hotel in Bari with great views, great staff and a magical rooftop pool. I recommend this beautiful 5 star hotel to everyone.

The hotel is great, the room was big and comfy with a great balcony and view. Loved the pool and sunbathing area ! And a special thank you to the lady from the breakfast, she speaks several languages and spoke to us in french and was absolutely lovely !!!

We stayed 5 days. The room had a sea view which is an absolute must and worth the extra. The first mornings breakfast was UTTER chaos. I have never seen a hotel breakfast as chaotic as that. All the tables uncleared, no hot water, no cups, no spoons, frantic staff. The next four mornings were a complete contrast and warrant the five stars. The food is served on the 6th floor with great views of the Adriatic and Bari harbour.
We hired cycle bikes from Velo in the old town just off mercantile piazza. Recommended. The hotel looked after the cycles overnight.
The interior decor of the hotel is an acquired taste which neither of us got. It is good quality though.
Staff excellent.
Location makes it the best hotel in the city. On the promenade a short walk from the old town and the sights, the railway stations and the shops.
Location, views, service and overall quality mean it is worth five stars.

Great art deco hotel on the seafront.

Probably the greatest aspect of this hotel is the staff. They care a lot and put special effort in assisting you in all matters. From the receptionist to the janitor everyone is an excellent example of good service. It has a really nice terrace as well :)

The staff were excellent. So welcoming. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Graziana in reception was brilliant. She gave us so much information and provided a great service.

I want to thank the staff, which was very!!! friendly and kind. A true highlight was the excellent breakfast service (the young blonde waiters conception of service is outstanding).

Our summer weekend in Bari was amazing!!!! IH Hotel was wonderful!!!! Friendly staff and a great morning breakfast. ❤❤ this Hotel. My husband and I will definitely go back to Bari next time we’re in Italy. Thus Hotel is close to all attractions and old Bari. Also a ten minute walk to the train station.

Hotel staff were great, hotel very clean and stylish. Rooftop pool area has good views of all of Bari. Location is also good as near to tron Station, seafront and short walk to the old town and shopping.

Great location along the water. Good shopping, dining and sightseeing close by. Nice, clean, comfortable and friendly. What you would expect from an IH hotel.
