Residence Antico Torchio

For the two bedroom apartment, the beds were really comfortable. It has pots and pans and plenty of bowls, plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery. The rooms were a great size and the bathroom was excellent and spacious. I liked the cleanliness of the apartment. There was a parking space. The bedroom balcony had a beautiful view. The apartment had an amazing shared garden area. The host sent a useful video on how to find the apartment as the entrance is not obvious on maps.

Only downside was there was no microwave nor any AC.

The place is really unique. The apartment we stayed in was spotless clean, very comfortable, fresh and fully equipped. There is a wonderful, large, cool and well-kept garden with a lot of shade trees creating a relaxing atmosphere, as well sunny areas with sunbeds. The host is helpful and welcoming, providing you with everything you may need. We had a really lovely vacation and hope to come back.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung: Terrasse mit Liegen, gut ausgestattete Küche (Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Kaffeeautomat und Espressokocher). Zum See sind es ca 7 Min zu laufen. Abends kann man dort sehr gut und günstig essen, unser Favorit Fish & Chips vom Foodtrack, die waren top. Ansonsten auch gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Очень уютная, новая и чистая квартира со всем необходимым для проживания.
Расположена в ухоженном дворе в тихой деревушке Дервио на озере Комо. До озера буквально 5-7 минут пешком. Так же по близости располагается продуктовый магазин с весьма обширным ассортиментом и со свежеиспеченным хлебом. Также имеется парковочное место, закрепленное за жильем.
Все было просто отлично! Кофе в капсулах от Starbucks было приятным сюрпризом.
С радостью вернемся ещё!

Sono stata con la famiglia un weekend a marzo 2024, abbiamo scelto il paese di Dervio come punto fermo per poi girare i paesi sul lago di Como. Il residence antico torchio è stata in ottima scelta, pulizia eccellente e fornito di tutte le comodità. Tutto nuovo e molto accogliente. Dalle finestre puoi ammirare la natura.. L unica difficoltà è stato capire da come accedervi, trovandosi in salita e sulle curve collinari è stato difficile parcheggiare beccando un weekend con dei lavoro in corso per cui non si poteva accedere al parcheggio del residence stesso ma la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile risolvendo in maniera tempestiva il problema quindi stra Consiglio questa struttura in tutto o sensi.

Ottimo appartamento, pulito e ben arredato. Doccia spaziosissima...ci ritornerei volentieri.

Sehr schönes Appartement, mit einem tollen Garten oberhalb des Sees.
In wenigen Minuten konnten wir am Strand sein und das tolle Wasser genießen.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich!
Wir haben den nächsten Urlaub schon gebucht😊

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Gastgeberin ist hilfsbereit. Der See ist in 10 Gehminuten gut erreichbar und Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen um die Ecke.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza a luglio in un appartamento nuovissimo, arredato con cura e dotato di quanto necessario alla famiglia. Singolarmente gentili i proprietari ed attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Decisamente consigliato.
