A “must to go” restaurant in the valley.
First of all the lady who owns the restaurant is working there and you can feel the hospitality of a small business compared with just some employees.
Second, the food is really good, we ordered polenta con carbonada, but she brought to taste also the ragu con funghi sauce. Both were super good, but the ragu one was amazing… a different flavor I have never tasted before.
The local wine is also very very good and qualitative, and I super recommend you to try the liquor she is making.
Last, but not least, the prices are super cheap compared with everything you’ll have in Aosta Valley.
I highly recommend this restaurant for traditional food and family business.

Very cozy venue with a rustic interior in the heart of Aosta, offering good quality and homemade absinthe.

A perfect place to stop in Aosta if your on your way from Milan to Switzerland! The food and atmosphere were perfect. The ravioli with cream sauce was “to die for” as described by my wife. The gnocchi melted in your mouth. The free genepì at the end capped off a great meal. I highly recommend!

Had the most amazing evening at the Maison Bandi for a friend's birthday. Very clever electonic menu in 5 languages. The food was an absolute treat, great local dishes cooked to perfection. The hosts were fantastic, attentive and also plying us with locally made genepy. We learned that everything served in the restaurant has come from within the Aosta Valley! Would give this place a 6th star if I could :)

Walking through the town of Aosta (ancient Roman town) and stumbled across Madison Brandi. The cured meats and the white wine was fabulous. The owner served us, she was very accommodating and extremely attentive to our eating experience.

Great Polenta with vegetables. Perfect for a short stop before climbing the Gd St Bernard.

Glad we found that germ in the city.

Y husband and I ate here! The polenta with cheese was unbelievably great! We shared a meat and cheese plate which was very good. The salami was very good. There was 3 different kinds. The red win matched perfect with the meal. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a local Aosta wine with polenta and salad, and topped off with tiramisu. Special shout out to Leo for the excellent service- we look forward to visiting you again soon!

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. We had the t-bone stake that comes from the owners family farm and is dry aged by herself. If you dont like stake there are plenty of other great dishes, which she uses only local ingredients for. She runs the place with so much love and perfection it's simply a pleasure everytime I am there.

We really love this spot, having come for drinks and snacks during holidays last year, we decided fo come for dinner this trip. We don't usually eat meat and this place is a meat lover's paradise. We broke down and started with the assiette of cured meat and cheeses, which was superb, a nice variety of choices and a bargain at 13€. For our main meals we ordered feom ths few non-meat options, which need some work. The mushroom and snails risotto was a generous portion but too salty. The veggie ravioli was tasty enough but not very red-hot. However the wine was excellent and inexpensive, and the service really top notch, including our choice of their home brewed digestives at the end of the meal at no additional cost. We noticed many people around us ordering steaks and they all seemed super pleased. We sat inside upstairs which was cosy but they also have nice outdoor seating for people watching on the main strip in the city. The main server here is a delightful diminutive dynamo who looks like a marathon runner and is so friendly and kind. We can highly recommend this place but maybe if you are vegetarian then just come here for drinks, cheese and great service and atmosphere.

This small international Bistrot, very well done with local wood design and welcome is really good and with nice owner service.

We ate:
- Fondue that was very tasteful, good quantity and in a nice plate.
- Local meet: very tasteful and honest price with scal Le (owner comes with scale and she shows the meat you are going to choose.. Excellent)
- Frittelle allocchi di bue: very good...
My 9yrs old daughter left her own post about the quality
- Wine
France wine is good

- Service Staff
Very kind and transparent.... They suggest us more times the best for us (e.g. Portion are big... Do not order too much... Or Meat is good but is dry for fireplace cooking for taking it away)... It means honest staff.

- Opening Hours
You can eat at whatever clock time.... (we ate here during New Year 2020 up to 6th Jan 2020)

Recommended to try at least one time.... The only problem is that you could come back more times :-)

Wonderful alpine food and ambience: eat a delicious polenta amidst chalet decor. They also make their own local liquor, genepy.
