The Super Mago del Gelo Mario Campanella

Visited this place for the famous Polignano coffee and it did not disappoint. The place is very laid back and a has a lost in time feeling with the old pictures and decor. The coffee was out of the world. I was sceptical about lime in a coffee but these guys hit the right notes and the peel of lime gives the right flavour and zing to the coffee. Must try in Polignano

Amazing special coffee. A must-have when visiting the city. Very sweet and hand-made. Clean bathrooms.

The must visit place in Polignano! Best cappuccino, special coffee and pastry in my life!!! The pastry was full of custard! The croissant with Nutella was so fresh, melted in my mouth. Special coffee is espresso shot with nice cream, amaretto and lemon. So much flavor! Very authentic and nostalgic interior. There are pictures of the owner with different stars whose visited the place (Britney Spears etc).

We took a brioche with ice-cream and they are surprisingly big and good. Then we also discovered that this bar has been running for such a long time, and its decoration just reminded you of the 20th century, giving off a vintage vibe

Amazing granite with variety of flavors to choose from. This is one if the best granite i’ve had in Italy. Recommend to try any flavors with panna. I had fig, melon, watermelon, coffee, and strawberry and they were all very delicious. Love everything about this place. Great vibes and service.

If you are in Polignano you cannot miss their “caffè speciale.” It is absolutely delicious! Conveniently located in the heart of the city this historic cafe is the perfect place for a quick stop.

During our stay in Polignano a Mare, we visited this place 2x.

The first time, we ordered 2 ice creams and their famous Caffè Speciale.

The second time, we ordered a ristretto and a Espresso Ginseng.

They were all delicious. And it's a joy to see them prepare the coffees and the ice creams.

Try the caffè speciale, it’s really good.
The place feels like you went back decades in the past, nice vibe with old dinner like booths.
The gelato is also very good.

I admit it, I came here only to taste the Caffè Speciale. And have to say it’s worth the wait. It’s worth the old fashioned 80s atmosphere of the place.

Excellent fig granita. You have to try the special coffee (morning or evening) - amaretto, coffee, lemon & cream/sorbet. It’s unbelievably delicious and we never managed to find it elsewhere.

Favorite! Soul place and heart of Polignano! Try 🍦 ice-cream, limoncino, amaretto and Borsci beverages;) always work, many kinds of hand made things. I am in love in pistachio ice cream and amaretto liquor 🥃! Big live

Welcoming people behind the bar and crazy good cafe speciale - had it three times! Gelato was also tasty. Loved the decorations inside as well as the music they played.

Great spot for a morning coffee and brioche. Was a quality cappuccino, and the brioche is filled with the right amount of chocolate! Came back at night for a gelato, and for €2.20 a scoop, you get a hefty amount. Great selection of flavours, would recommend bacio for an indulgent dessert!
