B&B Prestige

Probably the best B&B location in Polignano a mare. The host was very welcoming and offered coffee as soon as we arrived. Let us drop the luggages while they were cleaning and was always in touch for any need. The room we got was called “Romantica” and offered a double balcony view facing the famous Polignano beach. Coming here you will fall asleep with the waves sound. For breakfast they offered a very big buffet selection. We’ll be back. Thank you

On 8/8/2022 until 10/8/2022, my nieces, my son and I stayed at B&B PRESTIGE, we stayed in a beautiful room with a sea view, very clean bathroom, towels, beds, sheets, pillows, the mini kitchen, all comfortable, wonderful attention. Thank you very much, Mrs. ANA, for her attention, it was first class and the person who transferred us from the garage to the hotel and back, ANGELO, was a very nice person with EXCELLENT aptitude. I recommend it 100%, EXCELLENT location.😉

Where do I start. I have travelled a lot and have stayed in many different places, but I can honestly say this place is an absolute favourite. Anna and Osvaldo own and run the property and I don't think I have ever met a nicer couple so willing to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfection, with a balcony overlooking the breathtaking view of Polignano a Mare's famous beach Cala Monachile. Our rooms were super generous in size and filled with character having been built 100's of years ago but extremely comfortable with modern bathrooms and everything you need for the perfect stay. Anna's home cooked breakfasts were absolutely delicious and we were greeted each morning with a warm hug and the smell of freshly baked cakes - how could you not love that! We walked away feeling like we had made new friends in Anna and Osvaldo and if you want an authentic, local experience of Polignano a Mare, you have to stay at this incredible place. I hope to return one day and will be definitely staying at B&B Prestige.

In one word ... fantastico! I can't say enough about our experience with Anna and Osvaldo at B&B Prestige in Polignano a Mare. From the moment I inquired about the accommodation, until our last goodbye at the Bari airport, this was a truly unforgettable, 5-star experience for both my mom and me.

Anna was so helpful and detailed in her messages before our trip. She assisted with reserving a private driver for our day excursions, pick up and drop off at Bari airport, making dinner reservations for us, and even helping to plan out our itinerary, including hard-to-get Tuk Tuk tour reservations! All the while, both Anna and Osvaldo offering such great care to my mom who is having mobility issues at the moment, due to a bad hip. They went above and beyond in every way possible!

Once we arrived, we were greeted at the airport with big hugs and a smooth ride to Polignano a Mare, where Anna showed us to our BEAUTIFUL suite, with a balcony, overlooking the Lama Monachile. Absolutely amazing room!

Every restaurant she chose for us was a very short walk from the B&B, and each one was fantastico! Oh the food and wine!!!

The daily homemade breakfasts were SO delicious and relaxing. Enjoying our cappuccinos and freshly baked pasticciotti, along with fresh local cheeses and juices. And the conversation was always fun and light.

This historic 3-suite inn, is right in the heart of the centro storico, so you are literally just steps away from the churches, piazzas, restaurants, shoppes, and the magnificent famous beach! I cannot even dream of a better visit than the one we had. We are forever grateful to Anna and Osvaldo, who are family to us now, and will always have a special place in our hearts for this sensational trip to Polignano a Mare to explore Puglia!

Il B&B Prestige e' un bocciolo di mare su una scogliera con vista mozzafiato della Lama Monachile, a Polignano a Mare.
Suite stupenda e spaziosa, terrazzo attrezzato ad uso esclusivo. A disposizione caffe', the e tisane varie, acqua fresca ogni giorno, forno a microonde e tanto altro. Colazione inclusa in un bar fornitissimo e con prodotti di qualita'. Parcheggio comodissimo e transfer con bagagli andata e ritorno con il riscio'.
Questo sogno di vacanza e' stato possibile grazie ai proprietari Anna e Osvaldo, persone splendide e premurose. Non abbiamo mai trovato cosi' tanti servizi come in questa struttura che e' davvero unica.
La consigliamo davvero a tutti e noi ritorneremo al piu' presto!

Se potete soggiornate in questo gioiello creato da Anna e il marito, davvero non ci sono aggettivi per descrivere la bellezza del BnB ,la vista impagabile, e la gentilezza estrema di Anna. Finestre e balcone con vista sulla bellissima spiaggia e scogliera, verrà voglia di non uscire più dalla camera ,una vera chicca perfetta in tutto letti comodi, lenzuola e asciugamani di qualità, bellissimo bagno , zona relax fornita , davvero raro trovare tutto questo in un unico posto. Già non vediamo l'ora di tornarci . Grazie mille Anna

Gentilezza unica che ricorda l'affetto di un parente, struttura molto rustica e tipica di questa zona di mare, ogni punto degli appartamenti hanno un affaccio sulla spiaggia Monachile che è un vero ristoro per gli occhi. È un albergo molto colorato all'interno che conserva la tradizione polignanese, ogni stanza ha un tipo di arredamento diverso ma molto affascinante, la nostra stanza (elegance) era molto ben attrezzata e contiene tutti gli agi necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno da favola. I prezzi, trattandosi di quadruple, non sono elevati se si considera il posto e i servizi che offrono. La colazione, che è inclusa tramite un pass al bar ristorante neuro, non è abbondante ma di certo ottima a livello di bevande salati e dolci (fatti in casa) e frutta freschissima e ben selezionata, con camerieri ben preparati (anche nell'accogliere turisti stranieri) e gentili, ma non è certo questo che potrebbe far calare una valutazione. Io e mia moglie siamo stati, inoltre, molto colpiti dai titolari, non solo gentili ma anche premurosi nei confronti dei clienti. Polignano è stata una tappa inaspettata ma di sicuro, grazie a questo soggiorno, sarà senz'altro una tappa fissa per trascorrere una piacevole estate i prossimi anni.

Expérience inoubliable dans ce joyau. Merci Anna pour ta gentillesse incroyable et ton accueil si chaleureux. Séjourner au B&B Prestige est merveilleux. La vue, la propreté, la proximité etc. Tout est parfait. Je recommande absolument.

Värden var verkligen toppen och hon kändes nästan som min italienska mamma på plats. Hon fanns till hands vid behov, passade upp en vid frukosten och var alltid snäll och trevlig. Kommer sakna hennes cappuccino på morgonen.

Boendet i sig var bättre än bilderna jag såg innan. Charmigt B&B med hög standard.

Läget är det bästa i hela Polignano vågar jag nog ändå säga. Utsikten är helt underbar. Alla fotograferar och beundrar den utsikt du har direkt från din balkong.

Ligger mitt i allt, men ändå avskiljt. Stort rum och helt underbar balkong. Första parkett för Lama Monachile och livet där.
Fanns inget att anmärka på. Eller jo, den enda anmärkningen var att man till slut behövde åka hem.

Åker jag tillbaka till Polignano a mare är detta boende mitt första val.

Molto romantiche le lenzuola, i cuscini, le tende …
I balconcini si affacciano su Lama Monachile.
La proprietaria è davvero gentilissima.

Come sentirsi a casa propria, tutto super tutto meraviglioso come i padroni di casa, Anna è donna straordinaria che ti fa sentire a casa come solo una mamma potrebbe fare. Mi è rimasta nel cuore per sempre, ottima colazione ottimo luogo ottima vista ottima pulizia, tutto perfetto, grazie Anna, ci rivedremo presto.

방이 넓고 깨끗하고 해변에서도 가깝고 주인분들도 친절하고 넘 좋았다.
매일 청소도 해주고 수건도 충분히 줬다.
세탁기가 윗층에 있어 세탁하고 옥상에 말릴수도 있어서 좋았다🥰 건조해서 담날되니 아주 바싹 말라버럈다 ㅎㅎ
다만 아침식사는 비앤비가아니라 근처 식당에서 제공되는데 음식 종류가 거의 없었다.ㅠㅠ
그래도 발코니 뷰가 어마무시해서 뷰하나 만으로도 올 가치가 있다😘
객실내에는 티포트랑 캡슐커피머신과 커피캡슐이 있었다
물도 냉장고에서 있는데 1유로긴하지만 밖에서도 마찬가지였다 ㅎㅎ
책상 위 창문을 열때마다 앞집 개도 반겨줘서 즐거웠다 ㅎㅎ
주차는 예약가능한 유료 실내주차장에 편히 주차하고 릭쇼(자전거인력거)가 와서 숙소까지 태워줘서 편히 오갈수 있었다.
아! 한가지 단점은 침실에 화장실이 있는데 천장이 뚫려있어서 가까운 사이가 아니먼 볼일 볼때 쵸큼 민망할 수있다 ㅋㅋ

Excelente lugar. Estubimos con mi familia en la suite elegance. una habitacion al mar y otra a la callejuela. Baño privado. Terraza privada. La dueña muy amable. Ofrecen desayuno internacional en un bar muy cercano muy amables sus camareros.. La zona super centrica con muchos lugares para comer y la bajada al mar a un paso.

Melhor localização, Vista fantástica, apartamento super limpos , café da manhã espetacular e principalmente, muito bem recebidos pela proprietária e seu filho , recomendo muito

I proprietari sono persone gentilissime, la casa meravigliosa, con degli affacci mozzafiato: ciliegina sulla torta è il terrazzo sul tetto che scopre l'intero panorama
