Maison Tuscany Bed&Breakfast

This was my very first experience at a B&B and i truly believe that it can’t get any better. Alessia did a wonderful job creating the ultimate homey experience that it is not in any way short of what you would get in a five star hotel.. from the perfect bed to the amenities to the wonderful breakfast by the fire. I did not want to leave!
Herr long experience in hospitality has paid off well. I cannot recommend this place enough.. A wonderful location to explore tuscany.

Everything about this BnB is fantastic . The home, the rooms, and the delicious breakfast. It’s located close to the town and the host Alessia is so welcoming and kind. She was quick to respond to any requests and when we were in need of a bottle of wine late in the evening she came up quickly with glasses, delicious wine and nuts. There was an amazing thunderstorm that was booming outside and it was so nice being snug and cozy with our wine and accommodations. It was one of the best parts of our trip through Italy. I’m so glad we stayed here. I was sad to leave but hope to return soon.

Our first interaction with Alessia was incredible, she helped us with booking wine tasting, restaurant and gave great recommendations that met our needs perfectly!

Arriving to her lovely place we found out, the cosy rooms with great Breakfast with local products!

You can feel that she loves hospitality, and she was always attentive to our needs and beyond!

Recently renovated and located on the outskirts of the city, the villa was excellently furnished with attention to detail and the breakfast was delicious! The bed was also super comfortable. Alessia in particular was very warm and helpful! We can recommend the accommodation without any restrictions!

I had an outstanding stay at the Maison Tuscany Bed & Breakfast in August 2021. I would rate my experience as 5+ stars if I could! I'm personally quite picky with properties and difficult to impress, but my stay at Maison was memorable for all the right reasons. The property itself is new and incredibly well designed - a unique blend of modern chic with light, refreshing colors and a homey-Tuscany feel. The owner, Alessia, has exquisite taste and designed the property herself. She didn't miss a detail! The Bed and Breakfast is well equipped for international travelers with good internet, comfortable beds, top hotel quality level bathroom / toiletries, nice furniture, and well thought-out room lay-outs.

Alessia the owner is absolutely wonderful - she is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and truly cares about giving her guests a great experience. She's incredibly thoughtful and has a breadth of knowledge about Tuscany. She speaks very good English (beyond her native Italian tongue). Alessia hosts a delicious breakfast each morning in her quaint wine cellar. She can also host wine tasting with a great collection of local wines in the wine cellar.

I will definitely stay with Alessia again (I told her that I wouldn't be able to keep myself away :))

What a find. Last minute booking (as to be honest I forgot to book earlier). The place I had wanted had sold out, but they kindly recommended I try here. What a great recommendation. Lovely host, who speaks great English for those linguistically challenged. Fantastic breakfast, well presented great size rooms and a pleasant outside area. There was a hot tub but we didn't use.

Immediately I felt at home. Amazing people and service. Location super. The room fabulous and they help with every possible thing. Thank you so so much Alessia!!!!

The place is beautiful,nice clean quiet and big rooms,excellent breakfast ,Alessia is so kind and helped us with a lot of helpful tips .thank you for great vacation

L’accoglienza e la cura per i dettagli, Alessia ha una grande esperienza alberghiera e si vede in tutta la struttura. Accorgimenti da Hotel presenti in un B&B. Colazione dolce e salata.. basta scegliere al buffet la mattina. 🤤 Unica nota negativa… purtroppo siamo dovuti andare via troppo presto. 😞

Avevo perso ogni speranza, e poi ho trovato la Maison Tuscany. Sono entrata e sono stata rapita, avvolta da profumi sensoriali ed eleganze raffinate ma con la semplicità di un ambiente familiare. Ero a casa. La cura dei particolari, la pulizia degli ambienti, impeccabile. La freschezza e comodità del letto mi hanno concesso 2 notti come non ne dormivo da tempo.
Alessia sei stata una padrona di casa perfetta, accogliente e premurosa. 5 stelle non bastano, ci vorrebbe un pianeta intero.

Quando una ricerca casuale si rivela una bellissima esperienza!
Accoglienza fantastica: Alessia non accoglie, ma direi che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti!
La struttura è molto bella, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio (già dal meraviglioso profumo che ti avvolge all'ingresso); la camera un piccolo gioiellino e pulitissima.
Letto comodissimo, tra l'altro con tre diversi cuscini a disposizione.
La colazione, servita nella incantevole taverna, è superlativa: ricca di dolce e salato e con la possibilità di chiedere a volontà caffè, cappuccino e quant'altro. La frutta a disposizione, in parte anche già tagliata, è una vera rarità!
Un bel giardino in cui rilassarsi e spazio privato per parcheggiare.
La posizione a Sinalunga è strategica: vicino all'autostrada, poco lontano da città tra le più belle del mondo.

La casa è bellissima, ristrutturata ed arredata con molto gusto, è calda, accogliente e pulitissima. Alessia è una magnifica padrona di casa, con tutte le sue attenzioni ci siamo sentite ben accolte e coccolate. La colazione è ricca, con prodotti locali e squisitezze fatte in casa. Una magnifica esperienza.

Le camere all'interno della villa sono state ristrutturate di recente con gusto e cura dei dettagli, nulla è lasciato al caso.pulitissime e molto silenziose, materasso super confortevole.
La buona colazione con prodotti selezionati del territorio viene servita in questa bella stanza con camino.
Il valore aggiunto è la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari che ti coccolano ancora prima dell'arrivo.
Siete veramente bravi, abbiamo passato due giorni bellissimi e dovremo tornare sicuramente!!

Quante stelle si possono dare? 5? Troppo poche.... Posto incantevole nato da una raffinata ristrutturazione di una villa con giardino e vista. Camera de luxe grande luminosa con letto troppo comodo. Lenzuola e piumino confortevoli. Arredi pensati con cura. Bellissimo il comò. Asciugamani e accappatoi morbidissimi. Ma il valore aggiunto della struttura è la strepitosa Alessia. Motivata competente simpatia ed energia travolgente. Non è un hotel qualsiasi...ma la "tua casa", grazie all'accoglienza di Alessia e Giovanni. Qui gli ospiti possono godere di un bellissimo salone con camino dove gustare un vino e chiacchierare liberamente condividendo le proprie emozioni con gli ospiti che lo desiderano.

Maison ristrutturata di recente, confortevole e pulitissima. Abbiamo dormito benissimo e nel silenzio della natura! Le camere sono accoglienti, spaziose e….pulitissime! Colazione abbondante e con prodotti genuini! Siamo stati accolti e coccolati ma con la dovuta discrezione. La padrona di casa sempre sorridente e pronta ad ogni esigenza! Torneremo sicuramente anche perché è in una posizione centrale per visitare le località vicine e …Siena! Grazie ancora!

Struttura raffinata e pulita , le camere sono deliziose si dorme benissimo . Colazione ottima ,la proprietaria signora Alessia persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando avrò bisogno di pace e tranquillità.

Un endroit merveilleux avec un accueil digne des meilleurs hôtels 4* et en plus la chaleur d’Alicia notre hôte.
La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, et très bien décorée.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Alicia était aux petits soins avec nous : ma compagne, sans sucre et sans gluten a trouvé aussi son bonheur grâce aux efforts de notre hôte. Fruits cueillis du matin de son jardin.
Les restaurants autour nous ont fait prendre quelques kilos (pici par ci, steak par là).
Bref, nous recommandons chaudement ❤

Una pepita d’oro. Struttura di eleganza funzionale. Camere confortevoli, pulite con bagni nuovissimi. Colazione con numerosi prodotti del territorio di alta qualità. E poi c’è la proprietaria/manager che con gentilezza e competenza viene incontro alle tue necessità.

Sempre un piacere soggiornare da Alessia , ambiente piacevole e raffinato,ottima colazione .
