I had a very positive experience here. I had no reservation and still managed to get a regular bicycle for the day. It was supposed to be 15 euro for the day..and I had it from about 11-4 or so... when I returned it they gave me 2 euro back as well. No issues with check-out or check-in of the bike. Friendly staff, easy to return location.

Great afternoon renting electric bicycles from VeloTour, the staff were friendly, the process was easy and very reasonable rates (€15 per bike for 4 hours including helmets and locks). We (family of 4) cycled to Mondello from Palermo, takes around an hour to get there with a few short stops. There are some good cycle paths, other parts on the road which is a bit hairy but ok of you are a confident cyclist. It was easy to lock the bikes up in Mondello and go to the beach for a. Couple of hours. Highly recommended.

We rented two E-MTB for more than half a day and the staff were super helpful and professional.

We biked up to mount Pellegrino and then to Mondello Beach.

Would definitely do this again!

In questo negozio puoi trovare tutto quello che ti serve per le e-bike e i monopattini. Le bici sono italiane e per tutte le esigenze. Qui trovi anche le pieghevoli. Tutti gli accessori utili per le bici e i monopattini sono qui acquistabili. È garantito il post vendita ed è possibile effettuare piccole riparazioni. Inoltre si effettua il noleggio con varie tariffe a seconda del tempo e le bici a nolo hanno una autonomia di 40 km insomma perfetto per fare un gran giro della città. Il titolare è una persona gentilissima e molto preparato. Consigliatissimo!!!

Sehr netter Chef namens Francesco, hatte für ein paar Tage ein ebike ausgeliehen, musste es aber am Freitag vor dem Wochenende wieder zurückgeben, da ich keinen sicheren Abstellplatz hatte und am sonntags abreiste. Am Samstag und Sonntag hat das Geschäft geschlossen und keine Möglichkeit das Fahrrad zurückzugeben.
Das ebike war gut und simpel, nur die Batterieb habe ich zum Aufladen nicht herausbekommen, da braucht man viel Kraft in den Fingern, Kostenpunkt ca. 15 EUR pro Tag.
Es gibt in Italien keine Versicherung für ebikes, bei Verlust muss man 700 EUR zahlen. Das ist die Krux an der ganzen Sache. Tagsüber ist es kein Problem, wenn man es gut an einem Pfosten und an einem frequentierten Ort abstellt, nachts hingegen musste ich etwas darum bangen, aber es ist alles gut gegangen, konnte es ausnahmsweise im Innenhof abstellen, was oft und normalerweise nicht möglich ist. Im Parkhaus ist es teuer und Fahrräder werden über Nacht nicht angenommen, weil kein Wächter da ist, Roller hingegen schon.

Entrare da Velotour è come entrare al parco giochi dei ciclisti. L'ambiente è accogliente, Francesco ed Alessandro professionali e simpatici, le bici di ottima qualità. Da consigliare.

Per l’acquisto della mia prima e-bike, dopo varie ricerche personali, ho deciso di affidarmi alla Brinke, e per questa, agli esperti consigli di Francesco e Alessandro. Innanzitutto, fantastici loro per la competenza in materia (oltre che per essere riusciti a farla entrare nella mia piccola Hyundai!). Che dire?! Una bici imponente ed elegante, comoda e soprattutto efficiente, che ha ottimamente risposto alle mie aspettative da ogni punto di vista. Indirizzerò senza dubbio chiunque vorrà acquistare da seri professionisti del settore.

Wir waren zu zweit in Palermo unterwegs und brauchten dringend ein Fortbewegungsmittel. Glücklicherweise sind wir auf dieses Lokal gestoßen, was sehr freundlich mit uns umgegangen ist. Der Service war sehr kulant und der Ablauf des Mietverhältnisses lief reibungslos ab. Die Preise für die E-Bikes waren auch in Ordnung!
Wir können den Service nur weiterempfehlen!

Mein Mann und ich haben zwei E Bikes gemietet um eine schöne Tour an der Küste Palermos zu machen.
Wir waren mit dem Service, der Einführung und den Rädern mehr als zufrieden. Der Preis ist auch völlig legitim. Gerne buchen wir uns dort wieder E Bikes.

Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere ieri 20 novembre 2020, personalmente il titolare de “VeloBike” vendita bici elettrica a Palermo, il Dr.Francesco Bonanno , persona veramente gentile e molto professionale, mi ha reso edotto sulla vasta gamma di bici che ha in pronta consegna e consigliandomi la bici che può essere soddisfacente all’uso che io avevo manifestato. È stata proprio la Sua cortese disponibilità a farmi provare come Test la bici elettrica che io cercavo. Ma al termine della prova mi sono reso conto che non è adatta a me e grazie anche al Suo Consiglio ho optato per un’altra bicicletta elettrica più rispondente alle mie esigenze. Ringrazio il Dr. Bonanno, che a differenza di altri Rivenditori, mi ha dato il giusto Consiglio e non ha fatto il Suo interesse di vendere ad ogni costo ...
