Mak Mixology

This is one of the most amazing places I have ever been lately. Besides the fact that the food is amazing ( tacos just rock), the drinks really wow - especially the Rosy cocktail with rose gin - highly inspired me, but also Josepe took such good care of us that we really recommend from heart to visit and experience palermo to the max here. The live music was one of a kind, such a talent and the musicians were exclusive high quality. We were very satisfied from our evening spent in this amazing place.

Relaxing sound of Jazz with attentive staff who are very welcoming. The ambience of the venue is perfect for live music. Had dinner prior to arrival so unable to leave food rating. Highly recommended. Would come back.

We came off the Main Street to find this hidden gem with a great vide. We asked if we could have just drinks and took a seat. The place has a good atmosphere and we placed our order with the attentive waiters. The drinks were very good and the complimentary olives were plump and juicy. The decor is worth seeing and the feature wall designed for Instagram and pictures on socials is a nice touch. It’s a bit more expensive but you realise it is worth it when you sit down and enjoy the atmosphere.

I love the cocktails, the stuff was super friendly. The kitchen is opened only after 7 pm they said (but I got popcorn and olives as snacks) in a very touristy area, so it’s always busy

Great place in a wonderful corner of Palermo.
At arrival, we were greet by Jacopo’s friendly smile which guided us to our table.
By the time we sat, another waiter took our order and service was quite fast.
The drink menus is quite nice, but their bartender and mixology specialist skills are quite impressive.
Try the house made infused vodkas.

Fantastic cocktails and extensive menu in imaginative setting. Salvo was friendly and helpful with expensive. We enjoyed the Sicilian sour and the mi amor.

Super nice drinks in a very cozy location. Drinks are unique and the waiters are super nice and have great knowledge about their drinks. Would definitely go there again.
It is a little hard to find because there is no sign outside but it is worth the search ! 10/10

Mak Mixology is one of the most warm, inviting, and inventive cocktail bars I have ever been to. It’s a hidden gem. My friend and I came across this lounge bar partially hidden in a courtyard and decided to come back that evening. The repurposed building takes you back in time creating an elegant and vintage environment. The staff explained the cocktails in the menu, and he was receptive to what we would like and would want different. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The drinks were delicious and had great presentation. The servers and bartenders were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I both agreed this was our favorite place for drinks in Palermo.

Rated cocktail as "food", just off a main street this spot regularly has live music of a very high standard. Comfortable and stimulating surroundings with superb service (our waitress was Guilia). The speciality cocktails we tried were excellent.

Awesome place! Such a nice environment with excellent bands of Jazz, Tarantella and other types of music. The cocktails were nice but the service were even better. All the waitresses were very effective and kind with special mention to Ana, la Argentina, who made us feel very comfortable.
Hope to come again soon.

A wonderful bar! Very original cocktails for fair prices (around 10€). Very nice details, good jazz background music, super friendly staff, and a cozy environment. Also not very full of people. I recommend it 1000%!

The drinks do not disappoint and the atmosphere is so cool. The perfect spot for a drink or two with friends!
