Ok, the service was impeccable, first off. And the food, well it was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever put in my unworthy mouth. I had the oven “fried” parmesan crusted, stuffed pizza, with friarielli, sausage, tomatoes, garlic and ricotta. It was spectacular. The friarielli danced with the sausage in a slow sensuous waltz that both enticed and filled your palette with an awe struck balance of love and goodness, making any non believer believe that not only does God exist, he lives in that pizza oven and personally bestows upon the pie sweet tender kisses whilst it roasts, and all the while tiny pops of sweet acidity were given by the locally born tomatoes, with the ricotta and garlic playing a background melody that Al Green would’ve been jealous of. And that dough man.. that friggin dough…

The best pizza ever in Palermo. Ever. Light, tasty, delicious... definitely the number one.

I made take away twice on this place. And I only stayed two nights in Palermo... So, if I had stayed three nights, for sure I would go there for the third time. Really nice pizzas for a fair price

Had best pizza probably ever fresh ingredients, tomatoes in Sicily are superior to any other place on the planet.

At first you think that are touristic prices for the pizza.
After the pizza arrives you know why the charge you so much. Great salami, excellent mozzarella and the pizza was fully garnished.

Il locale è accogliente e tranquillo. Le 4 pizze ordinate hanno trovato il gradimento di tutti i commensali. In particolare abbiamo ordinato 2 covaccini (1 col crudo, 1 col salame), 1 pizza friarielli e salsiccia l, 1 montanara. Veramente buone. Gustose le crocchette al latte. 2 birre e bottiglie di acqua. Prezzo circa 25 cadauno. Se vogliamo trovare un difetto, l'uso smodato di datterino crudo in tutte le pizze. Visto la cottura brevissima di queste ultime, sarebbe meglio usare un datterino precedentemente scottato.

Tout était parfait. Le service au top. Les pizzas sont incroyables. La pâte est fine et moelleuse en même temps et très digeste. Les produits utilisés sont de qualité et les desserts étaient très bons. On s’est régalé. Une adresse à tester absolument à Palerme.

È nominata come la pizza più buona di tutta la Sicilia.
Ieri ho provato questa pizzeria per la prima volta, non sono abituata a lasciare recensioni ma questa volta mi sento in dovere di poterlo fare.
Accolti con formalità e sorriso dall’entrata fino all’uscita del locale, personale disponibilissimo e gentile, ma in particolar modo non ho potuto fare almeno di guardare il modo di lavorare della ragazza nonostante la confusione e riuscita ad attenzionare noi e tutti gli altri con un bel sorriso sul viso, super attiva complimenti!! Complimenti a tutti!

Pizza con impasto buonissimo e leggero, qualità degli ingredienti eccezionale e abbinamenti ottimi. Sorprendente.
Ho preso anche la cheese cake ma non era granché.

Location molto carina, semplice, pulita ed elegante, prodotti ben in vista e di qualità, impasto della pizza leggero,sottile e dal cornicione alto, tipico della tradizione campana, tutti i prodotti usati sono DOP, ottimi davvero, si avverte subito la freschezza. Abbiamo preso oltre due pizze anche un antipastino di patate (maltagliati) davvero saporite e ben condite. Un Posto da consigliare.

Pizze spettacolari. Leggerissime. Ingredienti di qualità. Per la prima volta una volta finita l'avrei rimangiata subito. La montanara è top! Ma sono tutte buonissime.

Servicio muy agradable, equipo de sala super atentos. Calidad del producto destacable. Ambiente local, elegante pero informal. Muy recomendable para vegetarianos.
