The pizzas and desserts were truly exceptional, among the best I've ever tasted. While the venue is pleasant and the service is decent, I expected a bit more. The "coperto" charge seemed a bit high considering they didn't provide anything to justify it. Despite this, I'm awarding 5 stars solely for the outstanding pizza and desserts.

We spent over a week in Sicily, and this was by far our favourite meal on our trip! The pizza was phenomenal, and even the caprese salad was fresh and full of flavour. 10/10 would recommend! Make a dinner booking in advance :)

Fantastic pizza’s but big. So if your are not a big eater rather share. We had a very good wine recommendation as well. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

If you need a touristy place with English speaking staff and menus in German and English (and Mandarin?) to feel welcome then this place is not for you-there are a few thousand of those just minutes away.
However if you are looking for a charming local pizza place, with friendly waiters who don’t speak English but will do their best to help you this is it. Remember YOU are the one not speaking the local language not the other way around
And then you will be rewarded with the BEST pizza you have ever had in your life!

OMG I had high expectations when i read the reviews but what I experienced was mindblowing. Fantastic pizza where every ingreduent is carefully picked to play an important role, no shortcuts. The wine was just a fairy tale. The service and ambiance further made our night absolutely unfirgettable!

I'm by no means an expert but at this place I had the best pizza of my life. Excellent quality ingredients and good service. It is very popular so be sure to make a reservation if you don't plan to be there early.

It is the great pizza place. All pizzas are tasty but the best for me was the pizza with pistachio pesto and mozzarella burrata. You should either come early or reserve the table. It is very popular.

The pizza was extremely delicious. The host is great. At the end of the meal they served us with local cake for free.

Had to show vaccine pass which was reassuring! Pizza was top notch and staff were nice.

Great pizzas! You have a lot of choises to choose from. We ordered a "manfria" pizza (with zucchini flowers and fresh mozzarella), a "caposoprano" pizza (with ham, nuts and fresh mozzarella) and a "misto fritto" as a starter. Quick service and friendly staff! Probably it's a pet frienldy shop, since someone had his small dog under the table in its pillow bed. A bit further from the city centre, but you can also go on foot.

Truly the best pizza in Palermo.
I had the pizza "Canalotto" with extra added black olives and onions.
It was so tasty. The black olives and the spicy salami full of flavor!
I tried to find the taste of that salami again in my travels through sicily. But it was never like here: spicy, with fennel and just so delicious.
So every other pizza i had after this one, just didn't meet my expectations.
We wanted to come back on our last day in sicily. But it was a monday, so sadly enough Archestrato di Gela was closed.
We tried a different pizzeria that was rated high on google, but it wasn't even close to this.
Go here! It is amazing.
