Alexandra the owner hails from Mexico city and is very friendly. Together with her husband and sons they make fresh corn tortillas the way they are supposed to be made. They use 100% quality Italian corn which is tested for purity from chemicals. Today I tried for the first time the tostadas they make which are made without oil. They are crunchy like totopos and the taste of the corn really shines through. We also purchased tortillas so tomorrow we make Carnitas!
