Our stay at this B&B was simply outstanding! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The kitchen was well-stocked with a wide variety of food items and appliances, making it easy to prepare a delicious breakfast each morning. The croissants were absolutely delicious, and there were fresh fruits and boiled eggs available daily. We were thrilled with the heated rooftop pool, which offered stunning views and a perfect place to relax. The private beach was another highlight, equipped with comfortable loungers, showers, and an array of water sports equipment. It truly felt like a luxurious escape!

We had a great stay here. The property is beautiful, the room was very comfortable and picturesque, however our private bathroom was outside the bedroom, but it wasn't all that bad. Very modern and a great shower.

The location was right on the beach, you walked through a garage and there you were, with complimentary beach chairs and water toys(we were initally told conflicting things about these water toys, so best to ask if you can use with or without charge)

Breakfast was good but simple and we enjoyed it overlooking a breathtaking view.

We were lucky to get a lift from the train station from one of the hosts - I would not recommend trying to walk this as the road is very fast and dangerous on foot.- ask the host for the taxi number -15e charge

We felt undersold by the pool, is more a size of a slightly large jacuzzi and it's heated, not ideal to cool down in the sun, but I imagine lovely in cooler weather.

The location of this BnB is probably the pain point. Unless you're in a car, the local shop is 25 mins walk, uphill.
In the Sicilian heat, we attempted but gave up. If you're on foot, bring some essentials. Snacks, beer/wine, bottled water, while there a Brita filter in the room and chilled water, i found this tasted like chlorine, so couldn't drink it.
However, there is a local app glovio, that delivers food from a nearby town. Highly recommend "la pokeria"

The host is very engaging and informative of the local area and amenities, which was very much appreciated.

For the host, I would highly recommend a printed "welcome letter" informing your guests that they can order food from yourselves and at which time, what they can use and of what cost, where the local restaurants (la rotunda for great food and service), pubs, grocery shops, their opening hours and seasonal hours are and how they can get to them. We walked the road during the day no bother, but it's fast moving traffic, do not recommend walking this with children.

Maybe a gentle suggestion, you could make extra cash with a "mini bar" offering or vending machine on the premises due to location.

All in all, highly recommend this beautiful property for a peaceful stay, just be prepared for your trip.

AMAZING! This is a gorgeous bnb run by absolutely lovely people. They offer loads of services such as chairs, beach towels, paddle boards, kayaks and more. The breakfast is simple but good. The only downside to this place is the location however they offer a ride to the train station, the supermarket and our for dinner for a small price. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely visit again!!!! Also they offer recommendations to delicious places for dinner and a boat expedition that I would definitely recommend :)

Kleines und feines B&B direkt am Meer. Alles sehr privat und top gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind total freundlich und zuvorkommend sowie immer erreichbar und stehen mit Rat und Tat 24h zur Seite. Sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch und kommunizieren bei Bedarf schriftlich auf deutsch. Unkomplizierte Buchung per WhatsApp mit 200€ Anzahlung der Rest bei Anreise in Bar. Das Frühstück ist inklusive. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Gerade mit kleineren Kindern liegt diese Unterkunft ideal und es wird auf die Bedürfnisse der kleinen eingegangen.

Super Lage direkt am Strand mit zugang zum Strand. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Alles sauber. Mit beheiztem Pool auf Dach. Mit Sauna. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin die uns immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Ich muss sagen das war bis jetzt mit die beste Unterkunft die ich je hatte!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout est mis en place pour s'y sentir bien et se reposer . l'endroit est calme, la plage prive est agréable, le petit déjeuner est très bon, les lieux sont très propres. La propriétaire aisi que le personnel sont très accueillants. Allez y !!

Piękny apartament z cudownym widokiem na morze. Super miejsce na odpoczynek i reset z dala od cywilizacji. W apartamencie wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Na śniadanie pyszne świeże rogaliki oraz małe pizze. Dodatkowo w apartamencie super włoski ekspres do kawy w stylu vintage. Oprócz tego apartament zaopatrzony jeszcze w herbatę, mleko, sok, jogurty, nutella, dżemy oraz miód. Jest też dystrybutor, który filtruje wodę z kranu - nie trzeba kupować tej w butelce. Na górze duży taras z podgrzewanym basenem, leżakami oraz stolikami. Na dole plaża praktycznie tylko dla siebie. Duża przestrzeń sprawia, że człowiek ma poczucie prywatności - my przez cały pięciodniowy pobyt spotkaliśmy na tarasie, tylko jeden raz inne osoby. Co do lokalizacji polecałabym wynająć samochód - poruszanie się jest trochę utrudnione - brak chodników oraz dużo chodzenia pod górę, ale tak to właśnie wygląda na Sycyli 🙂. Obiekt jest położony pomiędzy dwoma stacjami kolejowymi - obie w bardzo podobnej odległości, co stanowi super bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolicy. Nam lokalizacja nie przeszkadzała bo bardzo lubimy chodzić, ale dla kogoś może to być problem. I na sam koniec nie sposób nie wspomnieć o cudownej Pani właścicielce, która dbała niezwykle o nasz komfort. Gospodyni to wspaniała osoba zawsze służąca pomocą. Dbała aby niczego nie brakowało. Pani sprzątająca również bardzo miła 🙂. To był super pobyt - wyjeżdżałam ze łzami w oczach 🙈
