COOKING CERVERE

We took my son and his girlfriend on this cooking course and it was the highlight of their holiday which was already wonderful. Raffaella is fun, warm, interested and extremely talented. The setting of the 130 year old kitchen in a gorgeous country home, complete with a baby piglet coming to visit, the sweetest dogs and miniture ponies was very special. And then the food was spectacular. It was such fun cooking together with Raffaella's patience and encouragement creating the perfect atmosphere. After we finished preparing our full meal (4 courses) we sat on her terrace and thoroughly enjoyed the food which she paired with delicious wines. We are looking forward to preparing what we learned for our friends. I cannot recommend this course highly enough and we will be back. (Oh, and I don't want to spoil the surprise but you will leave with a lovely gift from Raffaella)

We had a wonderful experience doing a cooking class with Raffaella from Cooking Piemonte!

Raffaella offers cooking classes in her beautiful house. We learned how to make an appetizer, a quick soup, gnocchi, pasta, and dessert! We then ate the food we made accompanied by delicious wine and even better company.

The class was held in English, so following along was easy.

Highly recommended if you are looking for an authentic Piemonte cooking experience!

As enthousiasts for the Piedmont kitchen but being average cooks, this was a perfect cooking class!
It is on a very beautifull location, her farmhome with a lot of animals and her own vegetable garden.
The class started with a nice glass of sparkling wine, whereafter we made four local dishes with very good and fresh ingredients. We made a starter from zucchini flowers, ravioli al plin, gnocchi and a dessert. Rafaella explains everything very well and creates a relaxed and good atmosphere during the class.
We would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic afternoon with Raffaella - I think it’s the best cookery class I’ve ever done! Raffaella’s guidance and instructions were very easy to understand and we created four delicious dishes - her English is excellent. I would highly recommend this experience

Raffaella is the best! My wife and I had a fantastic time cooking in her beautiful kitchen and eating in the very pretty setting outside. We made an amazing appetizer, fresh pasta, gnocchi and a wonderful desert. I highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting the Piemonte region as a really fun activity and a great way to spend a couple hours!

We had a great time cooking with Rafaella, the nicest chef! We have learnt al lot, and had a wonderful lunch at the pleasant porch. Rafaella adjusted the recipes to our dietary limitations, and it was perfect!
