Albergo Ristorante Miniere

We had lunch here on a Saturday on our way to Aosta. The three of us had the tasting menu that featured all mushroom dishes in season. We were the only non-Italians in the restaurant and everyone was so kind to us. Gorgeous food and wine that was incredibly affordable. It’s a narrow, winding road up to Traversella but worth the trip.

Very nice restaurant with excellent view in the valley.
The service is very good, friendly and fast. Only one guy, but he has everything under control.
The food is magnificent.
Even as the place has a quiet atmosphere, it was absolutely ok with kids. Ask for kids menu (they do not have one but as this is a real restaurant with a real kitchen team, they just prepare something).

Top place. What a surprise! This is a "rustic" authentic place with awesome restaurant! Every plate that we had was really good! And the dessert 😍 was really special! Also very good wine. The breakfast with local cheese and ham was great! All the staff is friendly and professional... very good service.
Just the room a bit small and the bathroom a even smaller, but all ok and very clean. Bravo!!! Hope to be there soon.

At hotel-restaurant Minière for lunch as well as for dinner one may expect surprisingly original dishes, prepared with an eye for detail and that may be one of the best meals one has ever had in their life. The service is outstanding, very professional and super friendly. A highly recommendable place to treat yourself at very reasonable prices

Everybody like this restaurant around here for special dinner! You can eat porcini, trout, many things from around this mountain. They also have courses. Stuff is very friendly and nice. We are sure comming back next special dinner too!

The food here is very delicious and not even that pricy for the quality that you get. The staff ist very nice and welcoming. Perfect for celebrating a birthday or similar

best hotel in alta Valchiusella ( the only one too !). Historical site ,because of the mines close, it is appreciated as a restaurant ( for dinner ) or events , in special big pavillon or, in the hot season, outside .
Sometimes with good live music.
When in Torino or Ivrea is way too hot , in Traversella you still can enjoy the summer !
And sleep...

It was not cheap, but for the incredible food, beautiful view and excellent service, it was worth every cent and more! Very elegant and "cosy".

Siamo stati all'Albergo Miniere per il pranzo di Natale ed abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare la qualità della cucina, tutti i piatti hanno incontrato i gusti dei commensali ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è notevole(53€ comprese le bevande). Nonostante la quantità di persone da servire nelle diverse sale, il servizio è stato attento, veloce e informale.
La sala in cui abbiamo pranzato al piano terra era dotata di una sua cucina. Consigliato, continuate così!

Non abbiamo ancora provato il ristorante benché ci siamo già stati due volte e il menù sia molto invitante. Come albergo è molto confortevole, abbiamo dormito in una camera rinnovata da poco, con letto comodo, bagno enorme e bei mobili in legno vero, balcone con bella vista sulla valle (la volta precedente finestra sulla graziosa piazzetta del paese). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è molto varia sia dolce, con torte e brioches ottime, che salata (formaggi e salumi di produzione locale!). Prezzo onesto rispetto alla qualità.

Il ristorante è davvero bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli. Staff molto cortese e attento! I piatti sono una prelibatezza! Consiglio il caponet al forno, era una cosa che non avevo mai mangiato e mi ha veramente stupita! Pet friendly!

E’ dal 1988 che da Torino parto per andare a pranzare al ristorante Le Miniere, sono ritornato il 22/10/2023 per il pranzo dedicato ai funghi. Ottimo come sempre e la gentilezza è al top del servizio. Bravi continuate così e la mia presenza non mancherà.

Ottima location. Personale sollecito e gentile. Piatti tipici della cucina piemontese con un tocco di raffinatezza. In particolare ho apprezzato moltissimo il sigaro di polenta con fonduta di toma. Ottimi i primi. Prezzi nella media. Un posto da consigliare senz'altro.

Cena in famiglia per il compleanno di mio papà. Tutto squisito a cominciare dal primo antipasto, finissima di seppia con funghi porcini. Sei stelle alla cameriera che con la sua professionalità ci ha regalato una serata davvero speciale.
