Fantastic location, just a few meters from the center and few more to cable car station. From the balcony you can admire Pale di San Martino. Staff very helpful. In free time enjoy the pool, table tennis or foosball.

Very nice stay, good rooms, good price. It would be great if the hotel had a charging point for electric vehicles + did not individually wrap cups in plastic in the sauna.

The rooms were small, but comfortable. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony is great. The swimming pool and sauna were a good touch. Overall, it was an amazing experience and the price was very good.

Very cozy and clean room. Parking is nearby (free) or for additional 4€/day they can give you a parking slot inside the building.
The breakfast is minimalistic and very tasty (it will cost you an additional 8€/person)

Price was great, staff were super helpful, facilities including laundry, pool, games and parking along with proximity to the center make this a great place to stay. The only thing you should be aware of is that some of the rooms are dated but they're fully functional and equipped, when balancing this with the other points it's a non issue.

The receptionist’s did their best to help us with every situations and questions we had! 5/5 The rooms are nice and clean. 5/5 The entertainment zone is also great! Everything looks like its new. Thank You

Very clean apartment and helpful staff. Room sanitised and equipped with tohe necessaries. Parking available at minimum fee.

I recommend this hotel. Good price. Hotel is centrally located in the beautiful village of San Martino, with shops and restaurants at walking distance. Ski bus stop, clean and well equipped room, nice staff. Ski runs perfectly prepared.

We recommend Lastei for everyone, who want to spend great time near to the slope and admire amazing Mountains.

Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo al centro. Alloggio pulitissimo e molto accogliente dotato di tutto l' occorrente x cucinare, lenzuola, asciugamani, kit di cortesia x il bagno e carta igienica e graditissimo anche il kit x la cucina con spugne lavapiatti, detersivo, strofinaccio e tovaglioli di carta oltre ai sacchetti x la raccolta differenziata. Ampio balcone arredato.
Personale competente e gentilissimo .
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Residence in ottima posizione centrale, con piscina interna. Camere pulite ordinate, arredo un po' retrò ma curato. Personale gentile. Stupenda vista sulle dolomiti
