Krankenhaus Bruneck

My father had a ski injury resulting in a huge hematoma in his leg. We had to go to urgent care and he had to stay a couple of days in the orthopedics and traumatology department. Both departments were extremely clean, with great service and food supported by amazing and knowledgeable staff. Thank you! Hope more hospitals are like this one.

Amazing care for two and a bit days after a skiing accident. Words aren't enough to express my thanks for their support and care when I needed it most.

I am from the United States but needed to take my 11-year old daughter to the emergency room while on vacation. I was so nervous not knowing the area or the language. My daughter ended up needing to stay for 4 days; we received amazing care the entire time. I was so impressed with all the help, concern, kindness and competency shows to us. The staff truly helped make this hard situation the best it could possibly be. Thank you emergency room and pediatric staff!

Auch wenn der Anlass nicht gerade schön ist, möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.
Meine Frau ist heute beim Skifahren ⛷ gestürzt.
Danach konnte sie den linken Arm nicht mehr bewegen. Sie hatte fast keine Schmerzen und ist sogar noch zurück bis zum Hotel gefahren.
Wir sind dann nach Bruneck ins Krankenhaus gefahren. Dort wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und in der Notaufnahme ging es innerhalb von 90 Minuten zum Befund.
Alle waren sehr freundlich und haben meine Frau sehr gut versorgt.
Ein glatter Oberarmbruch.

Ich kann das Krankenhaus sehr empfehlen. Es folgt in der Notaufnahme eine Triage (Einstufung der Schwere).
Diese bestimmt dann auch die Wartezeit, was zwar mit leichteren Problemen länger ist, aber auch richtig und fair.
Die Organisation ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und spricht Deutsch.
Mir wurde sehr gut weitergeholfen.
Als Patient einer deutschen gesetzlichen Krankenkasse lief die Abrechnung direkt über die Karte.
Sehr zu empfehlen und vielen Dank an das Team.

Dopo aver preso una contusione lombare sciando e essermi rotta una clavicola successivamente, sono andata al pronto soccorso in mattinata e ho trovato subito personale molto disponibile. Durante le ore passate tra gli accertamenti il flusso di persone è aumentato ma la gentilezza del personale non è minimamente cambiata. Ho trovato il reparto di traumatologia molto ben organizzato nonostante la mole crescente di lavoro. Molto gentili e attenti fino all’ultimo minuto. Vorrei davvero fare i complimenti al personale della struttura. Davvero consigliato per incidenti sportivi e simili.

Loro ospite per quasi 15 giorni causa incidente in moto con intervento al femore. Ottima struttura ben pulita e con una cucina molto buona. Ma lo staff, dottori, infermieri, aiuto infermieri ed inservienti, di qualità superiore. Umanità verso il paziente messa al primo posto, sempre un sorriso e disponibilità. Quando il lavoro è fatto con passione! Un profondo ringraziamento alla struttura.

Il 2 gennaio 2023 dopo l'infortunio di mio figlio tredicenne con lo snowboard, siamo stati portati al P.S. di Brunico, accolti immediatamente con professionalità dal dott. Huber Felix. Successivamente ricoverato (ortopedia e traumatologia maschile adulti) e operato dal dott. Huber Felix e dal dott. Pezzei Thomas . Nei giorni di degenza abbiamo potuto ammirare massima attenzione e cura x mio figlio e famigliari da parte dei medici , infermieri, e servizio mensa. Intervento riuscito bene , abbiamo deciso di continuare i successivi controlli con i sopra citati medici nonostante la lunga distanza dellla residenza.
Sarebbe magnifico se in tutti gli ospedali ci fosse la stessa funzionalità e professionalità riscontrata all'ospedale di Brunico.

Während unseres Urlaubes im Südtirol mussten wir mit unserem kleinen Sohn die Notaufnahme aufsuchen. Die Dame bei der Anmeldung sowie die behandelnde Ärztin waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wir waren heute Abend in der Notaufnahme. Mein Sohn(7) ist beim Spielen auf die Tischkante geknallt. Er hat sich einen (Milch)zahn ausgeschlagen und einen dicken Cut an der Lippe zugezogen. Wir haben in der Notaufnahme alles zusammen nur ca. 10 Minuten gewartet und waren nach 35 Minuten wieder draußen. Ärztin und Pflegepersonal war unglaublich nett und einfühlsam.

Dr. Günther Sitzmann war der liebste und beste Arzt überhaupt!! Absolut zu empfehlen, ich wurde top beraten und es wurde sich für jede Frage zeit genommen. Wirklich ein sehr guter Arzt!

Super veloci, mi sono rotta spalla e gamba in pista verso le 14. Alle 16.30 ero gia al pronto soccorso, alle 17 c a. ingessata la gamba e immobilizzata la spalla, alle 18 ero in ortopedia e vevo cenato, personale super gentile ed efficiente e celere, ottimo il cibo, nella super sfiga sono stata fortunata,

Mein Mann musste im Urlaub wegen starker Bauchschmerzen in die Notaufnahme. Alles lief unkompliziert ab. Sofort wurden alle notwendigen Untersuchungen durchgeführt. Auf der Station 2 Chirurgie wurde er bestens nach der Operation versorgt. Herzlichen Dank an alle behandelten Ärzte und das aufmerksame Pflegepersonal.
