Villa Eden - The Private Retreat

Beautiful hotel in an extremely gorgeous city. We arrived from Munich going to Udine and only spent one night. We immediately agreed that we need to come back. Year around activity in Merano: Winter: Snow sports. Summer: Hiking. Love this city and hotel.

A phantastic small hotel with a beautiful garden. The rooms (suites) are large and well equipped. The entire hotel is extremely tastefully decorated, with attention to details. The quietness is so relaxing. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the wine list contains well-known brands at very reasonable prices. The wines of the sister company are excellent and extremely good value. The staff throughout were attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The Spa and it’s treatments, products, doctors, and protocols is one of the best in the world!!! The staff is amazing and the grounds and winery are breathtaking!! The food is outstanding: I was on the detox/weight loss menu. I was NEVER hungry and lost 6lbs effortlessly in 3 days and kept them off!! While the place and the suites are absolutely beautiful, YOU GO THERE FOR THE SPA!!

Incredible hotel.
The owner is on site and leaves no stone unturned.
The decor is fantastically elegant & stylish with every little detail captured to the highest standard.

We’ve never visited a hotel, where every single meal was excellent, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The taster menu was unbelievable, especially the aperetif. Marcello the chef should have at least 1 Michelin star for his excellence.

Giovanni and Raj - best service possible. Exceptional.

And let’s not forget the very knowledgeable and talented doctor that they had on site who spent a lot of time going through a very detailed report following an epigentic test, using food as the prevention.

Would definitely revisit.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit traumhafter Parkanlage, luxuriösen Suiten. Sehr aufmerksames, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal (Check-In, SPA-Bereich, Restaurant). Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind von hervorragender Qualität in traumhafter Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse. Das Inhaber Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Una menzione particolare per Sonia, responsabile della SPA, che con cura ed attenzione per tutti gli ospiti ha sicuramente guadagnato il premio ricevuto. Che non le venga in mente di fare la nonna (almeno non a tempo pieno...) A presto, un saluto di cuore

È un hotel di alto livello ideale sia per trascorrere alcuni giorni all'insegna del relax, sia per un percorso medico specifico per il proprio benessere.
Lo stile di questo hotel è incantevole, pare una dimora inglese ottocentesca: gli interni sono da favola, il parco è una vera oasi di bellezza naturale.
Ma il punto forte, a mio avviso, è la cucina di livello sopraffino grazie allo chef stellato che prepara piatti straordinari.
Insomma, un weekend a Villa Eden è una vera e propria esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Leider war es für mich nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt, jedoch sehr entspannend. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die tolle Hotelanlage genießen. Das Hotel ist klein und familiär wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Die Anwendungen sind ziemlich teuer, die Massage war aber sehr gut.
Gerne komme ich wieder - vielleicht für ein paar Tage länger.
Das komplette Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Chefin sehr reserviert.

Vacanza favolosa. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. La camera era ampia e luminosa e abbiamo trovato un delizioso regalo per i nostri due cani. Tutto il personale era estremamente attento e cordiale. Ristorante interessante. Non abbiamo fatto nessun programma detox, ma abbiamo approfittato del relax in piscina e nella spa. Il giardino ci ha regalato momenti di serenità e meraviglia (due ospiti speciali come uno scoiattolo e un riccio). Irmi ha un'energia speciale e la capacità straordinaria di ascolto e coinvolgimento. Angelika è una perfetta padrona di casa che con la sua eleganza e gentilezza ci ha fatto sentire degli ospiti ben accolti. Grazie di cuore a tutti. Debora, Luca, Dodo e Toffee

per me era la seconda volta, ed è stata una piacevole conferma. gentilezza e professionalità a tutti i livelli dalla reception, alla spa, alla cucina , al ristorante, all'autista, alle pulizie, alla proprietà ovviamente.Spero di non aver dimenticato nessuno,
un pensiero particolare questa volta a Mirko il personal trainer, e Irmi l'accompagnatrice e ideatrice delle escursioni, che con il suo sorriso, la sua ironia il suo buon umore ti fa sentire sempre al centro del suo abbraccio avvolgente

Великолепный отель. В нем хорошо оторваться от суеты и хаоса. Тишина и спокойствие в сочетании с отличным сервисом. Отменные завтраки и прекрасный ужин. Хорошие процедуры и массаж.

Sono stato ospite per un periodo breve e devo confermare assolutamente la qualità della struttura lo scrupolo generale sia in termini di servizio che di cortesia dei dipendenti, posteggio anche sotterraneo ampio.
Volendo essere estremamente pignoli forse una percentuale alta di cloro nella piscina interna ma entriamo veramente nella banalità, idromassaggio ampio.
Struttura perfetta ci ritornerò appena avrò modo sicuramente.

Das Essen war ein absoluter Genuss. Wunderschönes Ambiente mit tollem Service.
