This place is fantastic. Great location, brilliant views, lovely hosts. The local area and it's people are delightful. Word of warning though. English is not widely spoken, so you need to try to speak Italian!!! I will definitely work on it before next visit. The pool here is something else. Best pool I have had pleasure to use in Italy. Clean, impeccably maintained and thoroughly refreshing. Three of the friendliest dogs you meet reside here, as well as couple of cats and several geese. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped. I mean there is stuff here I could do with at home! Thoroughly recommended!

Ottima persona la proprietaria, socievole, alla mano!ottimo posto per rilassarsi. Le stanze più che pulite e fornite.. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

Ein tolles, kleines Paradies in der nähe des Nationalparks, weg vom Massentourismus und der Abzocke, super nette Gastgeber mit sehr großem kulturellen und historischem Wissen. 2,5 Wochen als Basis genommen, der Pool ist unschlagbar (25m x 5m), die Zimmer ohne AirCon aber mit Deckenventilator (reicht!), kleine Küche, großer Kühlschrank, sehr schöne Terrasse, alles sehr sauber. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es noch 4 liebe Hunde und 7 Gänse. Die Kinder: happy! W-Lan auf Terrasse und am Pool vorhanden, 1 Tag Ausflüge dann 1 Tag am Pool. Die Lage ist toll, in 4 Minuten ist man auf der Schnellstraße nach Avezzano-Sora. Im Ort Balsorano Nuovo gibt es eine tolle Pizzeria/Restaurant (super lecker Essen für niedrige Preise) und mehrere kleine Einkausfläden/Supermärkte sowie eine kleine Tankstelle. Temperaturen waren im Schnitt 4-5 Grad niedriger im Vergleich zu Avezzano/Tivoli/Sora

Impeccabile!

Bella casetta, stretta fra il fiume e la strada (che a gennaio non era trafficata, quindi zero disturbo), gran bella terrazza a disposizione, la proprietaria è gentile e competente sulle cose da fare e vedere in loco. In casa c'è tutto il necessario, la zona è ricca di cose da fare, anche se poco valorizzate, il rumore del fiume accanto aggiunge una nota di relax non da poco.
