Winery San Michele Appiano was founded in 1907 and today brings together about 330 families of winemakers. Modern wine shop💙💎 💙 Knowing the grape ,you want in your glass make a big difference.🤫APPIUS is just as rich and full as the vintage itself. 2015 is considered to be one of the best vintages of the last decade, evidenced by a harvest of perfectly ripened grapes. Made from carefully selected premium-class grapes, APPIUS 2015 has a solid backbone of Chardonnay grape which has been enhanced by a blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon.  st.valentine pinot noir- among of my favor ones. Merlot ripens early and its grapes are large and thin-skinned. It is susceptible to frost, rot, downy mildew and coloure (shot berries). Merlot wines tend to be plump and full bodied, with soft fruit flavors. Highly recommend this Winery . For sure one of the best winery in Italy and the most famous of the region. This unique coop must be really visited! Absolutely loved the tour of the winery. Cellar are beautiful and we loved the explanations the history and the tasting. Italian or Deutsche guided tour are organized upon booking by phone call on Tuesday. Very recommend!

Posto meraviglioso. Ho fatto 60 km appositamente per visitare questa cantina. Mai tempo fu ben speso! Bellissimi soprattutto il castello ed il punto vendita. Vini eccellenti. Un solo punto da eccepire.... è possibile pagare una vostra bottiglia meno in un supermercato che nel vostro punto vendita?

Premetto che lavoro nel settore.
La guida inizialmente ci ha spiegato l’azienda, la zona e i vini.
La visita della cantina mi ha lasciato davvero sbalordito (ne ho viste di cantine in vita mia), spaziale, bellissima e tenuta in maniera maniacale. Finito il giro ci ha fatto accomodare in sala degustazione dove inizialmente ci ha proposto dei vini e poi ci ha fatto assaggiare quelli richiesti da noi. Ho avuto la fortuna di assaggiare l’Appius e il Sauvignon riserva, due vini incredibili.
Sono uscito davvero molto contento!

Attiva dal 1905, produce 2,8 milioni di bottiglie annue. Da vedere la cantina con le botti istoriate. Si possono fare degustazioni ( su prenotazione).

Sehr informative kompetente Führung mit sehr interessanten Informationen, spannende Architektur, tolles Ambiente. Danach sehr gut präsentierte Verkostung mit insgesamt 10 Weinen.
Einziger Schönheitsfehler ist der doch recht hohe Preis , aber das muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Faccio i miei complimenti per la struttura, elegante ed accogliente, ai vini, di qualità superiore ed al contesto, un paese che sembra uscito da un presepe.

In modo particolare vorrei ringraziare Vanessa che mi ha saputo consigliare il giusto abbinamento cibo e vino.

Grazie anche a Vanessa ho soddisfatto le esigenze di palati raffinati ai quali avevo promesso dei sapori indimenticabili provenienti dal Südtirol.

Con il Pinot Bianco ed il Gewürtztraminer ho superato le loro aspettative.

Tornerò presto per un nuovo acquisto.

Che cantina meravigliosa, bellissimo il contesto e l'interno è studiato in modo impettabile! Un piccolo museo sensoriale è conoscitivo, bellissimo, per gli appassionati un luogo assolutamente da visitare. I vini, che dire, ottimi direi, equilibrati ed eleganti, varie linee per soddisfare tutti i palati e le tasche! Meraviglioso, consigliatissimo.

Cantina ottima per chi vuole avvicinarsi alla realtà vinicola altoatesina ma che offre anche diversi prodotti per i più adepti.
Consigliato in particolare lo Chardonnay Sanct Valentine per il suo grande potenziale di invecchiamento

Oggi abbiamo visitato la cantina, siamo riusciti a vedere solo.una parte perché stavano vinificando e purtroppo c'era pericolo dovuto dai gas della fermentazione. La cantina è molto bella, Giovanni è super disponibile ed esaustivo nelle spiegazioni. Ottima la degustazione. Torneremo sicuramente

Sehr informative und interessante Führung durch die Genossenschaftskellerei, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt und auf modernsten Stand gehalten wird.

Im Anschluss eine hervorragende Verkostung mit verschiedensten Südtiroler Weinen, die alle hervorragend schmecken und die wir fast alle mit nach Hause genommen haben.
Ein sehr schönes Erlebnis, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vale la pena visitare anche solo lo shop in cui è presente una guida interattiva al vino e al territorio. Ottimi vini e ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
