Hotel Restaurant Raffl

We arrived pretty late at 10 pm, which was later than the latest check-in time stated in the booking details. However, we had been driving from the French Riviera and couldn't help it. I called beforehand to check if we could still check in, and I was pleasantly surprised by how polite the person who answered was. They assured me that they'd wait for us.

When we arrived, we were exhausted, but the staff saw how tired we were and upgraded our room. It was a kind gesture that we really appreciated. The next morning, we also enjoyed the breakfast. When we asked for scrambled eggs, they were more than willing to make them for us, in addition to the breakfast buffet option.

The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay. They were so friendly and accommodating. And the view from our room was spectacular, too. All in all, we had a great experience at this hotel.

Very friendly staff (which is super important!), much appreciated free upgrade to a very big room. I requested a vegan breakfast and had no problem with their regular buffet! I was so happy!

Nice place, very close to nice restaurant. Very profesional staff, rooms were cleaned every day, tasty breakfasts, Coffee, prosecco:-)

Nice midsized Hotel with Restaurant and Bar. Free parking right behind the Hotel. Modern clean rooms with nice view into the valley. Very friendly and helpful staff (thanks Thomas). Well located right next to the main road. This means there are trafficsounds, but the windows are well isolated. Additionally at night there is no mentionable traffic there.

The old rooms are a bit outdated and ventilation is. But the hotel is in generally is great. They have a lovely breakfast.

room was very comfortable, the restaurant was not only convenient, was the highlight of the hotel, menu changes every day and the food is delicious, one of the best Creme Brule I've ever had. and the service at the hotel is over the top, Thomas was extremely nice, he gave us great tips and made us feel extra welcome and Rebecca was so nice, so thoughtful and helpful, they both were so professional, I totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms were great, the location for the Dolomites is perfect and the owner is so helpful. All of the staff were friendly and cheerful. I would stay again if I was to be in the area.

Veey pleasant experience at the outskirts of the Bolzano-Bozen town area. Great views, excellent bus connections and cery good service.

Stayed here with a hockey team - likely not the easiest of the customers, but staff remained very understanding and helpful.

Das Abendessen mit 3 Gänge Menü waren köstlich. Jeden Abend gab es anderes Rezepte. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden. Personal super nett. Man fühlte uns wohl dort. Bar vor dem Hotel war sehr Relaxed. Sogar Südtirol-Pass für die Verkehr und Museum waren in allen Bereichen günstiger/gratis. Somit konnte man viel Geld sparen. Bus konnte mit direkt in die Stadt fahren. Sehr empfehlenswert

Die neuen Zimmer sind super, ruhig gelegen zum Garten hin.
Abendessen kann man nur Menü essen, aber jeweils aus 3 Varianten wählen. Für uns durch seine Lage immer ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum radeln. Nach Bozen kann man kostenlos mit dem öffentlichen Bus fahren, der unmittelbar beim Hotel liegt.
